[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in July. Happy that it was in stock and available in the store - no waiting 6 months like other brands. Installation team in my area was great. Lots of settings options. My only comment is that it has electronic music at the end of the cycles. My laundry room is in the lower level of my home and I can not hear the sound upstairs. My old machine had a buzzer and I could here it anywhere in the house.

We decided to switch from a gas to an electric dryer after our dryer failed after 27 years! We checked Consumer Reports and found this model with high ratings and a great price. Delivery and installation took minutes! This model has a large capacity and dries clothes quickly. Quiet and easy to use.

We researched a while before purchasing. Wanted a front load that was basic but built like a tank. Found great reviews for this set and it has not disappointed. Clothes come out great and the run time is very efficient. My first LG set and would definitely consider purchase of other LG products in the future.

After installing the dryer correctly it would not work, after pressing start button it dinged twice and nothing happened. An LG technician came out the next day and diagnosed the problem. Due to loose manufacturing tolerances even when fully closed the door did not push the door switch in far enough for the dryer to work and there is no adjustability to correct this problem. The technician fixed by building up the door surface with mounting tape which I have now replaced with a more stable cabinet door bumper. This should have been discovered and corrected before the dryer was shipped to me. Since being fixed I have done 5 or 6 loads without any issues. It's annoying that the Energy Saver mode(which adds 15 minutes to the drying time) is the default setting and has to be disabled every time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, I bought the LG washer and dryer without knowing much about the brand because it had the features we need for our home, at a very good price. And I am so glad I did! We just a gas dryer for years so I was a little anxious about switching to electric--would it be hit enough to dry heavy items like towels, even in a big load? It definitely is, yet it never gets so hot that it risks damaging my clothes. And the way it adjusts as the clothes dry, changing the time as needed, is perfect. I highly recommend this dryer.

It dries in less time and the energy savings over the long term will be appreciated. Easy to use . Expect this will be excellent in long term like the one it replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the look and size of the drum capacity of this dryer. The lint catcher does an excellent job. Maybe I haven't figured it out but, when I dry towels or heavy cottons the dryer stops and the items still feel damp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I went to the store for a wash machine and dryer, this Brand was not on my list. However, I'm glad that the store employee recommended it. Since the arrival of this machine, I feel like doing laundry daily because of its ease of use. The app makes it even better, along with the low noise during cycle and the buzzer when completed. I fully recommend this machine because of all its features and the convenience that come with it. I love it. It saves water usage and electricity. It doesn't take too much space.

This was a good purchase! I Love it and all the features it has to offer! I love that I have several different cycles to choose from. They all work so that I don't over dry my laundry. I love the wrinkle guard feature. doing laundry is so easy now!!

It's very easy to use and it dries clothes, blankets etc VERY quickly and in less time than my previous dryer. I would definitely recommend this dryer.
