It's a little quirky hat some wash programs don't let you chose a "high spin" cycle (e.g. bedding) so that the laundry comes out damp and leaves more work for the dryer. I'm reluctant to choose a "soil level high" setting, because it might triple the washing time (3 hours instead of 60 minutes). The washer tries to clever and balance the load when it comes to spin cycles - this sometimes does work, other times it does not (you'll get an error message in the display and have to help the washer to untangle the load or just move things in the drum and then let it continue).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was bought 4 months ago and am happy with purchase.Beware that the dryer sheets may bunch up at the door near the lint catcher.. I'm using alpaca balls instead to solve the problem. Otherwise I would give this dryer 5 stars. It is much more quieter than my old dryer and more efficient too.

We bought this for the washer dryer slot in my townhome a month ago and it is simply the best thing we have done for our home since moving in. It is quiet, efficient and easy to use. The lint tray is easy to clean and the reminder to clean it is not obnoxious.

With it up on the pedestal it makes it easier for my wife and me to get the clothes out of the dryer - one of the main reasons we switched from our old dryer. It is eay to operate and does a very nice job of drying the clothes. Only drawback, which we did not discover until after it was delivered and installed, was that there is no light inside the drum to see the clothes.

Works well and accurate. We wish it had an interior light, but definitely not a deal breaker. Well worth the price.

I like the dryer being on top, but I will need to get a small stepladder to check all settings. I do wish that the musical notes at end of wash and dry cycles were different. Am getting tired of same song. My old washer played a different song each time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After extensive research and reading a lot of reviews, I purchased an LG 3400 series washer and dryer combo. I'm using mine stacked in a condo with limited space so it's great to have a larger capacity, sleek and streamlined washer/dryer option that fits. To date, both are performing very well and I'm happy with my purchase. A solid pair of appliances at a good price for the features you get.

We decided to replace our old washer and dryer and LG was the most reliable brand based on my extensive research. I am absolutely in love with this dryer. I have had it for over 2 weeks now, so it has gotten used!! It is so much quieter than my previous dryer and works a lot faster. I am beyond pleased! I barely leave reviews on items but this one deserves a review.

It is working really well and we are satisfied with the performance. the machine was/is very heavy
