One can quickly use the lighted panel to see how much time is needed or has passed as items are being dried. Great choice also about which direction door opening.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After several weeks of horrible performance by a new dryer from a different manufacturer we returned the former for a DLE3400 dryer. We could not have been happier. Auto dry feature across a number of different cycles all met and exceeded our expectations. Ditto for timed drying when drying small loads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i do think they are nice and i only tried the steam dry once but that was pretty nice i haven't experimented enough with them but so far so good. the thing i am not real crazy about is that there is no raised back on the appliances and i set things up there so now i don't want to worry they will fall of the back

Has easy settings though I wish I could change some settings that I guess has a permanent setting for when drying something damp, minimum time is like 25 mins which is excessive for something damp. But over all very pleased thus far.

Read the book to understand the high tech features it had by sensing how much moisture is left on your load. We have a love/hate relationship with this technology. I am not a fan of the towel setting as I find it will stop many times (85% and 90%) before the load is dry. All the other setting work great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using an LG washer and dryer for 13 years, I knew how dependable they were. I could count on washing and drying my clothes to handle the varied levels and temperatures I needed to keep them looking good.

The machine works great; it is simple to use and does an excellent job cleaning my clothes. One downside, however, the machine may have a design flaw. A water hose that comes attached to the washer arrived with a small slit in the hose. We wrapped it with tape to allow me to use the machine until a replacement hose arrived. In order to replace this hose the back of the machine must be removed and reassembled from inside the washer. I am still awaiting a replacement hose.
