We decided to replace our old washer and dryer and LG was the most reliable brand based on my extensive research. I am absolutely in love with this dryer. I have had it for over 2 weeks now, so it has gotten used!! It is so much quieter than my previous dryer and works a lot faster. I am beyond pleased! I barely leave reviews on items but this one deserves a review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dryer so much. It works just like it should. It drys the first time most of the time(sensor cycles). It does need a drum light though. All other dryers we had had a drum light. It also needs a light that stays on once the cycle is finished. Sometimes I forget clothing is in there.

We don't have a high volume of laundry, so I've not used them very much, but I'm pleased with both at this time. Lots of features on both: you can choose from towels, permanent press, delicate and more. Various speed on dryer and multiple heat and time settings.. so far I'm very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i do think they are nice and i only tried the steam dry once but that was pretty nice i haven't experimented enough with them but so far so good. the thing i am not real crazy about is that there is no raised back on the appliances and i set things up there so now i don't want to worry they will fall of the back

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We wanted a basic front loader and are very happy with our LG. We have had LG's in the past and have loved them. We decided to purchase a LG again and did not want a lot of features we never used. it was a Great decision. A great product

So far, working well. Only complaints are the inability to change the volume of the cycle finished melody, let alone change it to some other melody or buzzer that's a little more audible. Also, have to wipe lint off of gasket around door after each batch. Annoying!

Wanted the matching dryer to the #3400 washing machine and thrilled with the LACK of special features. We do not need a dryer with steam- we have very hard water. The dryer works fine on "energy save" mode, which is the only special feature I cared about.

This washer is no exception its big so you can do larger loads and comforters too . It having the steam option is amazing . This washer get all items sanitized and cleaned properly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's easy to use. I've had it for a month now. Simular to other reviews, it does not always completely dry the clothes and I have to run it some more. In general it does the job. Appliances are not what they used to be and sad to say I didn't expect too much from this one. It does collect lint around the door. That really bothered some other reviewers. I just wipe it off. So 80% of the time it does it's job, 20% just ok. You could say why don't I get different one, but why risk it. This is one with higher reviews on Consumer Reports. I hate to guess what a lesser scored one is like.
