I bought this item in order to allow me to age in place. This is a great item and I find the tower easy to use and it is very good at cleaning and does a good job.

We are very happy with our purchase. Laundry takes less time which is HUGE. This unit has all the bells and whistles too, only it doesn’t whistle it emits a cute tinkly musical sound which we love. It’s so friendly. We love our LD!

Bought a year ago and happy except for black flakes on clothes after washing. Had an LG repairman out and said drain hose was too deep in drain. Fixed but still happening.
