Have had our new tower for about three weeks. It works beautifully. Fits nicely in our space. Runs quietly. Very happy with the entire unit so far.

We bought this 15 days ago or so, availability, features, functionality, accessibility to controls are all great. My only concern while choosing the product was, it is a single module, when it needs repair, the entire unit may have to be taken down.

We’ve had our washtower for about 3 weeks now and I love it! The only thing I wish were different was a “non-preset” function for wash or dry cycle so I can choose what I want. Otherwise love it.

This combo is GREAT! I actually rerouted the dryer vent - it was a little tricky but we figured it out. It looks great and works SO much better than my old cheapos! So happy about my upgrade. It’s a joy to use!

I purchased in Janurary had no complaints until recently. Washer is leaking. Have contacted LG they keep asking for model- serial #'s proof of purchase 3 times. Can't get any help w/ problem. I've done all trouble shooting no results.
