As I stated so far it is excellent this is the first LG product I have ever purchased and I am really like it!

There are only a couple of things I do not like - doors are not reversible, I was not informed that I needed a hose for the dryer steam function and the washer is quite noisy. Other than these things, I am very pleased and highly recommend this unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All the controls are in the middle and they are so easy to use. The washer and dryer actually communicate with each other allowing ease of transfer for loads. Set up the washer, abs after the cycle simply throw the clothes in the dryer and press start. The dryer is automatically set up based on what cycle was used on the washer. Not to mention the fact that finally we have a stackable washer dryer where you don’t need to be too tall to reach the top controls. It also knocks a solid 5-6 inches off the total height, allowing it to fit in our small laundry area, without having to sacrifice on washer/dryer size.

The only thing that I am unhappy about is that one of the cycles in the washing machine requires that you go online and download some sort of information. I have no intention of hooking up the machine to the internet. I would have preferred to have all the functions accessible without going online.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, this is how good the LG W/D combo is, I invite my family and neighbors over to the house to try it out - no kidding. Totally impressed. Only one personal gripe - I wish they came with rubber hose hook-ups. I really don't like the stiff, uncooperative braided wire hoses (its all you can find these days).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: - quiet while running - it has a steam feature - love how the dryer knows what the washer just did and recommends an appropriate dryer setting - app notifications help prevent you from forgetting about wet clothes - it looks so good! Cons - the washer has had some soap left inside the door after the wash cycles - the dryer has lint between the door wall and seal which makes makes me think its not sealed properly (might just be mine?). I never had that happen with my previous setup.

The key feature for us is having the controls between the upper and lower machines. We also enjoy getting messages when the loads are ready. We have not found the dryer's dry level function to be useful. We use timed dry to make sure the clothes are dry.

The controls are located between the top dryer and bottom washer, so visibility and ease of setting are perfect. Both washer and dryer are remarkably quiet. The washer tub has a large capacity. I would caution anyone who is replacing an existing appliance to check their electrical outlet for their dryer. Mine had the necessary 4-prong outlet, but this new dryer plug has one prong that is L-shaped at the end. I had to change my outlet to accommodate the plug.

Still learning all the functions it can do via the app but all the basics are there on the touch panel. Super happy to have a filter outlet on the washer as our previous machine by “s” didn’t have one.
