The washer is faster than my old GE and seems to clean much better. Love the sleek look and ease of use. The steam function for the dryer really works, shirts come out less wrinkled.

We added the WashTower upstairs to allow our older children living downstairs to use our older LG setup for their laundry needs. The WashTower has all the features you could ever want in a compact setup. Yet I t still has the necessary capacity for family laundry needs. The mobile alerts through the LG ThinQ app keep you on task and keep the loads moving. My wife and I wished we had this when we first bought our house. Serious timesaver for multi-level homes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a "stacked" washer dryer for my new laundry room. I really liked the look of the LG WashTower especially with the controls in the middle. I have been using it for about a month now and really like it. The wash cycles are very quick compared to old washer and the dryer also takes much less time than my old unit. It was simple to figure out which cycles to choose to get the correct temp and spin levels. It took a few tries to get the app set up on my phone, but I LOVE getting the alerts that the load is finished. We routed the dryer vent out of the side of the machine so it could sit closer to the wall (super simple). We also purchased flatter angled hoses for the same reason. So far, I am completely satisfied with this purchase.

I recently purchased the lg washtower in the nature green color. Have used it for a month now and can fully give it a review. The features are amazing but need some time to get use to downloading wash cycles through the app onto the washer and dryer. Love it just wish I can change soil settings on the app as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned this unit for a few weeks and it definitely lives up to its name and reputation. I live in a condo with limited space and this unit fit into that space perfectly. I am also amazed at how it cut my laundry time literally in half. It has a super large capacity and the Turbo Wash cycle is only about 40 minutes long. There is also a speed wash option which takes only 20 minutes! The load of clothes (Jeans, towels, cotton T-shirts, etc.) dries in 50 minutes. I highly recommend this LG laundry center.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are purchasing this product for it's wifi capabilities then I would think twice. I have tried to resolve the wifi issue with this product with support and a service man with no luck. I have a strong wifi signal and other wifi products work well that are in the same area.

Machine that first showed up had a broken door. 2 weeks later received the new one. It has worked great. We had an LG top load before and were frustrated with it never being able to sensor the water right. So far this model has worked very well and takes up way less space.
