Clothes, towels, everything comes clean. Much quieter operation than our old washer and dryer. Takes half the space. Controls are conveniently placed and easy to use. Very pleased all around.

One thing both my husband and I noticed is that the washer doesn't rock and roll when on the spin cycle and the clothes come out not soaked when we put them in the dryer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Have had our Washtower for 3 weeks now. We love the way it looks a fits in our launders room. We like where the controls are located. The machine gets our laundry super clean with whiter whites. The steam feature helps minimize wrinkling. We are very happy so far.. especially for the price. Very good value. We can’t figure out how to make the WiFi work to use additional options via the app but perhaps that’s not that important for now.

The sleek design and size of this unit was single factor that made our new laundry room / bathroom beautiful and a functional addition to our home. The WashTower is extremely user friendly. Controls and height of doors make for easy access. Water usage is way less than conventional washer and the drying time is faster and pre determined. So many great functions to this unit. Very quiet and extremely well balanced. The WashTower when in place looks more like a piece of furniture and not just an ole washer dryer.

Love the feature that the dryer automatically chooses the dry cycle after a wash cycle. But you can change it if you wish. Only flaw, the washer seal cracked after six months - no worries, LG fixing it under warranty. Seems to be a common flaw. Newer machines probably have already been fixed.

The only thing that I am unhappy about is that one of the cycles in the washing machine requires that you go online and download some sort of information. I have no intention of hooking up the machine to the internet. I would have preferred to have all the functions accessible without going online.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful machine, not simply because it functions reliably and quietly unlike the machines from another manufacturer that I purchased just two years ago, but also because it has so many thoughtfully designed features. The controls in the middle of the tower that work together are an obvious plus and I really like the functionality of the app. But there are other features that greatly improve upon my old appliances. For instance, bedding comes out fully dry and not balled up thanks to the dryer design. No more need to use my home remedy of sock-covered tennis balls to keep the bedding from tangling up. Also, the design of the washer seal reduces the likelihood that odor-causing mold or mildew will develop, though I am being extra vigilant with using less detergent, drying the seal, and keeping the door open between uses. I’ve already recommended this unit to two of my friends who are looking to replace their machines.

This is a beautiful unit and it fits nicely on our small laundry closet. However, the unit lacks alot of functionality: 1. Can't customize wash settings (on the panel or the app) 2. Not many options on the panel, have to use app (e.g. delay start, towels setting) 3. Delay start doesn't work (need to contact support). 4. No notification integration with smart devices like Alexa.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are now using less detergent thanks to the proper measuring compartments. And the clothes seem to smell better due to the water-detergent ratio. The normal cycle also runs less time than our previous washer so we are hoping for a less electric bill. All around this unit runs more efficiently and we are very happy with that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product last month. The features are great; there is a lot of flexibility in adjusting the controls. I personally like the extra rinsing and spray feature, because the clothes are rinsed thoroughly. Finally a washer-dryer combo where the dryer controls are in the middle! The dryer is efficient and finishes the job in a short time as compared to my experience with the previous dryers.
