We added the WashTower upstairs to allow our older children living downstairs to use our older LG setup for their laundry needs. The WashTower has all the features you could ever want in a compact setup. Yet I t still has the necessary capacity for family laundry needs. The mobile alerts through the LG ThinQ app keep you on task and keep the loads moving. My wife and I wished we had this when we first bought our house. Serious timesaver for multi-level homes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG Washtower does it all. When the wash is finished it communicates to the dryer what type of load was done ie; Bedding or Large or Small Load. I like the Direct Drive motor with 10 Years Warranty. It also connects to wifi as a bonus which allows you to remote start, service notifications, cycle status and time remaining. It has a beautiful design. We Love It.

We like where the controls are located. The machine gets our laundry super clean with whiter whites. The steam feature helps minimize wrinkling. We are very happy so far.. especially for the price. Very good value. We can’t figure out how to make the WiFi work to use additional options via the app but perhaps that’s not that important for now.

The controls in the middle make it perfect to reach whereas most “stackables” require a step stool to reach the top machine’s controls…. Both washer and dryer are full size and easy to access. My old LG side by side products were still going strong after 14 years when I bought this model to remodel my laundry room. Looking forward to many years with the tower!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were replacing a stacked Whirlpool Duet set that was 13 years old, and would no longer get clothes clean enough. This new set, already made into a single washtower, is ideal for our smaller environment. The controls for both units are in the middle, and easy to reach. Cloths come out clean and fresh, the cycles times are much faster than before, both units perform quieter than the old units, and the notifications on our smart phones are easy to use. The only issue we had was due to the HomeDepot installer putting the drain hose too far into the wall drain, which allowed waste water to syphon back into the wash tub when the washer was not used for a day or more. A second tech was sent to remedy the installation, and all is well now!

The washer is faster than my old GE and seems to clean much better. Love the sleek look and ease of use. The steam function for the dryer really works, shirts come out less wrinkled.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the Washer/ Dryer combo, the technology that I can start/ turn on and view items on my app. There is alot of ways to wash and dry so it meets my needs and exceeded expectations from previous washer / dryers.

While we've only had this a month so far, it's been better than expected. The wash cycle is faster than we've come to learn for a high efficiency washer, which was a pleasant surprise. Clothes come out very clean. App is OK but usable. Integration into Alexa is really nice. Very nervous being a single unit how easy it will be to repair down the road. If one unit dies, you're throwing out the other half. They do come apart for repair and moving but that just adds to the time and complexity, which will be much more expensive for a repairman, and much more time for DIY repairs. Fingers crossed that remains to be seen.
