[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the color and look of this unit. Because the dryer is on top of the washer, it gives me a lot more space in my small laundry room. The color (black steel) is beautiful. The unit is very simple to use. There's a nice manual; however, it's pretty easy to figure out on your own. I will use the manual to figure out how to use the steam function which I'm very excited to try. I have also downloaded the app to enable various washing cycles from my phone. I really do not know if I will use this feature, but it's nice to have. So far, the only issue I have had is that it squeaks loudly during the spin cycle. I have yet to figure out how to fix this, but I will be calling LG for help. The dryer is awesome. It dries better and faster than my previous dryer. Overall, I am very happy!

Dad had an amputation the beginning of this year and with my bad back as it already is, our old original whirlpools from the 90's were still going great don't get me wrong, but really needed an upgrade. So long story short we really needed a higher efficient unit and some more accessible. We have owned stacker units in the Past, But the Knobs and Buttons were always hard to reach. With this unit everything is accessible. Dad can even do his own laundry independlty from his wheelchair. Most of the time he can even use his grabber to help retrieve items out of the dryer, which he says has been really great. The Unit itself is Quiet, Runs Efficiently and Cleans clothes quickly and thoroughly. I really love the Steam Sanitizing setting, The Dryer steamer works wonders for my husband uniforms when he doesn't want to wait 2 weeks for them to return from the cleaners. Overall Great Experience and Very Satisfied with our First Real Appliance Purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite thing about my new LG washer/dryer combo is that it SINGS TO ME! It lets me know when loads are finished and ready to be dried or folded! My LG also tells me what size load I have just put in so that is takes care of many details that I don't have to think about! The second favorite thing about my new LG is its streamlined size that fits nicely into my limited space utility room. The third favorite thing is Accessibility! As a paraplegic I can easily access all of the controls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new stacked washer and dryer! They fit nicely in the space, are easy to operate, are not loud at all, look great, and overall are even better than I expected. Proud to have another LG product (aside from my TV) in my home!

The machine washes great and I like the larger capacity. When the unit was moved in place, the dryer casing is very-very thin and easily dents, consequently, the first load drying reflected the drum rubbing against the out casing. The company we bought it from did come out and pull the dent out, but would not replace it. So far it does not seem to have affected the quality of the operation.

Unlike old style stackables the controls for both units are in the middle of the units. Easy to reach and to see. Electronic panel is intuitive. It is also very quiet when operating. I am thrilled with this LG product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really hope to enjoy the wash tower. Neither LG nor the 3rd Party delivery and setup contractor can tell me where the wash tower is. LG received my payment over 30 days ago. So again, I’d imagine it washes and drys really well. Will follow up soon.

Less than 4 months in use and already throwing error codes. Of course they want to blame it on everything except for the machine. Come to find out this is a common issue and they don't want to cover it. They also did away with key cycles and made it very difficult to use on their app.
