And I’m in love with the sleek look of the washtower Also I got an upgrade on features, I can wash and dry a load of laundry so fast now it’s amazing how long our others took to do a load! The quick wash is amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is amazing. It washes even my huge comforters with ease. My clothes come out smelling fresh and clean. I can select the wash temp I want and the extra rinse and pre-wash are so very convenient. The Dryer is to die for. My pants don't need ironing. My clothes are not over dried and are ready to fold with no lingering wrinkles. I love the height and reachability of these machines. . I am not super short, but neither am I 6 ft tall. I can read the settings with ease - A big plus for me as I have vision issues. The icons are large and its almost intuitive. The only issue that I have is that I would love to set them up on my wifi and phone but the documentation on doing so is space on the printed documents. This is solvable and I can figure it our. Great design. Great Machines. Thank you for continuing to make good products.

Previous stackable (37 years old) died and there weren't many out there that would fit in its space. Trusted independent repairman ruled out several of them as being maintenance headaches but had not seen any problems with this LG unit so we went with it and so far have been quite satisfied. Although it hardly seems to be using enough water the clothes do come out clean, and it is not at all noisy. A minor annoyance is that you cannot manually change the temperature of the dryer's "Normal" function which is preset as "hot". Apparently you can adjust the settings using the app (assuming you don't have a 5G phone) but I'd find it a lot easier to just be able to do it for each individual load with the temperature setting button on the machine. Other than that I can't really imagine ever using the app at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my LG Washtower for about two weeks and I’m so happy that I puerchased this one. I love the washer and dryer. The design is beautiful and controls are well thought out. Very easy to operate both. These are a real energy saver because they get my laundry clean and smelling so fresh in 1/2 the time my old stackable did (another brand). The unit is very efficient, quiet, and well designed. The LG app is very useful too to let me know when the loads will be finished. Plus the app has lots of helpful tips. Even the end of cycle signal that’s a little Irish jig is pretty cute. (It can be turned off if you’re not into that.) I love my new LG Washtower.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THE INSTALLATION WENT WELL AND SO FAR IT IS WORKING FINE. THE DRYNESS SENSOR COULD BE A LITTLE MORE ACCURATE BECAME SOME ITEMS REMAINED DAMP. ALSO I WOULD HAVE LIKED A TIMING OPTION ON THE DRYER THAT IS LESS THAN 20 MINUTES MINIMUM THAT EXISTS NOW.

I wanted the extra room that the wash tower gives me than a side by side. I am not disappointed. Don't think this is a stackable model from years past. This is full size. It washes well and the dryer is efficient. Both unit are very easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone regardless of space.

The only small draw-back is that the small amount of water left in the drum after the wash cycle begins to get rather smelly if the machine is not used fir 2 or 3 days. There’s a smell of foul water, so I feel like I need to run the cleaning cycle with the proper detergent pouches every week. Is this your normal experience ? This is my one disappointment. Otherwise, the washing, drying, and cycle choices are great. Aesthetically it’s is beautiful !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I definitely haven't ever been this excited to have an appliance delivered before. As they wheeled it into our backyard and into our laundry room I felt like a kid on Christmas. This is one of the first "next gen" appliances for us, and a major upgrade over our previous washer and dryer. The first thing I noticed is they got the heights right. The dryer is convenient to put things in and out of without feeling like you have to reach up, and the washer is at an easy to reach height as well. As we did our first dozen loads of laundry, it was obvious that this washer and dryer unit was laundry-life-changing. One of the big upgrades on the washer side is that it leaves much less water in what I would call the seal channel of the door area. It seems like it does a great job of getting all the water out. You can also see this when you take your clothes out after a spin cycle, and they are nearly dry already. I think this plays to the efficiency of the appliance as well. Also, the control panel is very easy to use, and I really like that you can turn on the panel for the washer and dryer separately. The regular wash cycle is fast, and it's actually close to what the timer says. On our old washer, if it said 50 minutes, it was probably closer to 70. This washed a regular load in under 40 minutes. Once the wash is done, you put them in the dryer and your settings carry over. Were you washing on blanket settings? It knows it, and puts itself on the correct setting - pretty amazing. There's also a plethora of customizations that can be made to both washing and drying. The tech features are awesome, but also easy to use. The AI is built-in, so there's not need to mess with any settings. It takes the guesswork out of doing the laundry. The dryer also has a cool wrinkle care feature, so that if you leave your clothes in the dryer for a while, it will lightly tumble them occasionally, so they don't wrinkle. I like that because I am notorious for doing so! The lit inner drums of both the washer and dryer make it really easy to see. I've never seen an effective light inside a dryer until now! My one concern, moving from a side by side to a stackable was the potential vibration. I set it up without the wall anchors initially to see how it would do, and I was really surprised. Blankets, towels, really anything we throw at it, there is no vibration, no movement, nothing. This machine is super quiet, and really stable. I would say this is the perfect washer and dryer if you have a baby, and limited space. There's almost no extra noise from it, no typical rush of water sound, not banging around of a loose drum, nothing. It's really amazing how quiet it is.

I live in a condo with limited space and this unit fit into that space perfectly. I am also amazed at how it cut my laundry time literally in half. It has a super large capacity and the Turbo Wash cycle is only about 40 minutes long. There is also a speed wash option which takes only 20 minutes! The load of clothes (Jeans, towels, cotton T-shirts, etc.) dries in 50 minutes. I highly recommend this LG laundry center.
