We have a 30 year old laundry room that could not handle the size of the new washers and dryers and allow us to close the door. This allows us more floor space to put in a storage rack. Highly recommend the LG tower!!

This machine looks great in my hallway and it works great, too. The only difficulty I have is the fitted sheets capture other sheets into a tight ball in the middle of the drum. I have just started washing the fitted sheet separately to solve the problem. Apparently other people with different machines have the same problem.

After converting a closet to our new laundry space, we needed a laundry unit that fit the small space and that worked well. This is a modern laundry unit with the controls located in the middle that make it perfect for the space and to use. It’s also wifi capable and can alert you when loads are done.

The clothes are easy to reach when you are taking them out of the dryer especially if you aren’t tall. The Washer/Dryer has a large capacity for a big family! I recommend this unit highly!

The quality and features have me roped in while the ease of use and utility have my wife enamored. She's 5 foot 1 so the control center being in the middle is a godsend. The steam features are a whole other level of use as well, considering we have a husky that we adore that absolutely loves to shed on every last thing we own. This purchase was one of my favorites I have made in a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG washtower with electric dryer about three months ago. So far I’ve had no issues except the dryer seal collects a lot of the lint from the trap so the seal has to be wiped down with water frequently. Linking the app to the washtower took some time and the instructions in the instruction manual didn’t really explain it very well. Aside from that the washtower works great. Wasn’t a fan of water friendly appliances but I understand why we are headed that route. Had issues with delivery but I feel LG made things right after I called to complain. Great wash dry combo. Let’s see how long it lasts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the large capacity, but the process of using downloaded and cloud cycles is difficult and confusing. It's also very irritating that it will not allow changes to cycles. For example, you can't select "very dry" on the delicate dry cycle. Not recommended if you don't have a smart phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit a couple of weeks ago, I had seen advertisements on TV and had decided to purchase when current stackable needed replaced. My brother and sister in law purchased this unit and said how much they lived it. I went ahead and purchased before my old stackable quit. Unit is everything advertised, great performance and looks amazing, looking forward to many years of service from this unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and as soon as I tried to dry my clothes, I realized it doesn't work. The dryer does not get hot. I called customer service and was told I would have to wait 2 weeks for one of their authorized service people to repair it. He came today and said the thermostat is blown, and he will have to order a new one. I don't see how this could happen on a brand new dryer. I also asked if he could check the washer because it shakes violently when I dry my clothes, even though it is level. It said it was fine, and I just needed to have a really large load to balance it out. So, I still don't have a working dryer, and the washing machine jerks violently on the spin cycle.
