The control panel being in the middle makes it really easy for everyone to reach. I wasn't sure if I was going to use the app, but pretty handy getting an alert when the load is done so it can be flipped in a timely manner.

Unfortunately it took two grown men over 10 minutes to figure out that one needed to press AND HOLD the screen-style buttons to make the washer work. Since that demasculating experience, we have had no issues or problems. I definitely does what it's supposed to do (clean and dry clothes) and does so with some pizzaz.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a few weeks ago to replace our 10+ year old GE front loaders. I cannot believe how much cleaner and softer our clothes smell and feel. We knew our prior were worn out, but had no idea the difference 10 years of technology makes!! Yet another LG product that we love. Slowly replacing the appliances that were left in our home with LG products. Have never been as happy as we have with LG.

If it breaks, they will be able to service it, as the single unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my new LG tower washer/dryer for a month. My old machine did not spin the clothes out well and I am saving money by them drying quickly. I like the extra room in the laundry room by having them stacked. Love the front loaders.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] fist time use of a "smart" washer/dryer stack. Have yet to learn of all the option combinations available on the touch keys. It's tricky but the steam option does reduce wrinkles in linens. Next move will be an app setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this washer / dryer for a while now. I love the app connectivity which lets me know when the wash or dry cycles are finished. Also if there are any errors it will alert the app as well. The washer seems to wash the clothes fully and the dryer always drys my clothes to perfection. I really like these units and even though they are expensive, they are well worth the money.

It has washed and dried at least 100 loads in that amount of time. It has done everything it was supposed to do, l was impressed with the machine’s ability to detect a load imbalance this is awesome, also I really like the addition of blue tooth, thanks guys for thinking ahead. Electronics for this tower set is exactly what is needed . Lg has definitely hit the mark with me. Believe it or not LG has definitely taken a load off my mind.( Pund intended). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this unit Aug. 6, 2021 and so far we are very pleased with it. We replaced another stacked set of units from another manufacturer and the old dryer had the controls on the top front which meant that my wife had to stand on a short stool to read the dials. This unit has the controls for both the washer and dryer in the center so that problem has disappeared. We are looking forward to having this unit last for a long time.

I Always had 2 washers and 2 dryers in each room, but didn’t want to stack them and make them so tall. This is the most perfect washer and dryer combo ever created! So sleek looking, too!
