[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer is amazing but the dryer burned up after 4 months of use. And no it was not the lint trap. I do like the unit if the dryer didn't have issues it would be a 5 star all the way. Still thinking about getting the same unit to replace this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this unit about a month and it is definitely the most quiet washer and dryer I've ever owned. Works great without issue. My only negative thought is not having a detergent reservoir for more than one load. I just have to get back in the habit of adding detergent every load. Spoiled by our previous washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me awhile to decide if I wanted to have electric and plumbing done so I could have a unit on the 1st floor. It was the best decision I could have made. It has made my life so much easier. No more changes of falling carrying laundry upstairs every again. It is a lifesaver especially when you are up in age. Thank you to LG for finally making such a wonderful product.

I bought this in December 2020 and have not been able to access the wifi, have had issues with water not draining, as well as the dryer not completely drying a load of laundry on the first run ( medium size loads ). I like the concept, but needs to function better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I literally stalked this unit for 6 months! All my appliances are LG. When I saw this come out last year I knew I had to have it. Finally my dryer died after 15 years and my purchase was justified. I literally don't hear it operating in any cycle until it's done and the melodious end of cycle chime summons me to the laundry room. It senses the load/type of laundry excellently. I can wash and dry in less time than my previous dinosaurs would take to do either one. I haven't had the opportunity to measure water efficiency but I'm sure it will put a smile on my face. I truly enjoy my laundry tasks now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this three months ago, took 2 months just to have it installed (due to delivery service). Had high hopes but I’ve noticed the machine is very loud and also leaves soap residue. I use one HE pods per cycle, as instructed.

The last washer and dryer I bought was 25 years ago so when I went looking for a new one an d looked at alot of them and ran across this one did my research and decided to give it a try not being that tech savvy I was worried that I would not be able to run this thing and come to find out it was so easy, have not used all the features but I know I am going to love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this wash tower, quite, looks great and cleans well. First time use with bulky muddy throw rugs. Was amazed with how clean these rugs were. We have red clay soil- challenging to get out of any fabric.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this wonderful unit a month ago and it made my life alot more enjoyable. This unit is in my Guest House so I downloaded the wifi app that lets me know when the cycle is complete. What a great thing that LG came up with!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought both units appeared to be small but we have used both the washer and dryer and I can attest they both perform as well as our stand alone washer and dryer. It is a bit tricky to wiggle into place with the non-skid rubber feet but I placed a strip of new carpet backing side up, carpet side down under each foot. It slid into place with ease, then I tipped the unit slightly forward, pulling out the rear carpet strips, then tipped it slightly backward, pulling out the front carpet strips. I guess I will have to repeat this method annually when I clean out the vent tube. Perhaps the engineers can come up with a step-on wheel system that retracts into the unit like seen on some heavy table saws. When I asked my sales person about potential leaks at the washer door gasket, she said that is no longer an issue, but the washer gasket can get moldy if it isn't cared for properly and once it does, there is no getting rid of the mold. So we faithfully dry the entire rubber gasket and leave the door open until next use. This works well.
