The controls in the middle make it perfect to reach whereas most “stackables” require a step stool to reach the top machine’s controls…. Both washer and dryer are full size and easy to access. My old LG side by side products were still going strong after 14 years when I bought this model to remodel my laundry room. Looking forward to many years with the tower!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this unit initially to accommodate a small utility room but quickly realized it was significantly better than our individual Samsung steam washer & dryer. Installation was easy. Using the machine is easy. It’s energy efficient and senses the amount of water needed. Hopefully we won’t need to but if we ever do, I’d definitely but it again!

I bought this because of the simple features. Although when I used it I could not change heat setting on normal load. Talked with service and said to place a service call after a lengthy work through to fix. Placed Service request. Another hour long call pushing buttons with someone in India. They tell me that machine only has medium high available and to change to bedding setting. So ridiculous.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love the controls, being in the center, easy to load, easy to use, for someone a little older the settings are confusing, not sure how to use all the settings,even after watching several tutorials. very sleek looking. fits in small space for easy use. biggest complaint is the washer noise. it sounds like a plane taking off! can be very loud???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the color and look of this unit. Because the dryer is on top of the washer, it gives me a lot more space in my small laundry room. The color (black steel) is beautiful. The unit is very simple to use. There's a nice manual; however, it's pretty easy to figure out on your own. I will use the manual to figure out how to use the steam function which I'm very excited to try. I have also downloaded the app to enable various washing cycles from my phone. I really do not know if I will use this feature, but it's nice to have. So far, the only issue I have had is that it squeaks loudly during the spin cycle. I have yet to figure out how to fix this, but I will be calling LG for help. The dryer is awesome. It dries better and faster than my previous dryer. Overall, I am very happy!

There were 2 small dents on the left side of the washtower but caused no issues with the operation of the machines. The washer & dryer are working very well. The controls are easy to use and the cloths are coming out clean and ind in good condition. I am very happy with the washtower and it looks good in the room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our new washer/dryer tower back in February. We couldn't be more pleased with the purchase. It replaced an older, smaller unit and fit almost exactly in the same footprint. The wash and dry volume of laundry is nearly twice the size of our old unit which allows for washing and drying of bedspreads and other similar large items. It's a "smart" unit that minimizes water use and run times. I would highly recommend this unit for those who have limited space for traditional washers and dryers. We live in a condo and this has met and exceeded our expectations.

After searching for a washer and dryer for a very tight space, we were happy to find this low profile set. Technology has changed and it never ceases to amaze us at how quick and efficient the cycles are on the machines. We haven't tried to down load anything yet because we are doing great with what is standard.

It fits perfectly in our small laundry room and yet provides the drum size to do a large load. Programming and use are pretty straightforward. The gentle cycle works well on my sweaters.
