I love the steam features on both the washer and dryer for sanitizing and releasing wrinkles!! Highly recommend!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were redoing our laundry closet and wanted stacked laundry, but fell in love with the sleek design of this unit. Not only is it shorter than stacking two separate units with stacking kits, it's way sleeker and fixes the issue of having controls for the machine on top being too tall to reach by placing all controls in the center touch-bar. We LOVE the machines. Super quiet, efficient, and clean and dry clothes so much better than the 10 year old LG set we replaced. Overall a huge upgrade and makes laundry much quicker and easier than before, and we now have closet space next to the machine for storage and coats that we can actually reach!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product 2 months ago and I love it. I had a problem that I thought was theirs but it turns out it was the plug that you plug this product into. The electrician repaired the plug with minumum cost.

The home we purchased had a GE one piece washer dryer unit when we moved in. When the washer broke, I was on a mission to find full size front loaders to stack in the existing space. I was debating between Maytag and Whirlpool but having a hard time finding anything in stock. My husband and I were in Lowe’s and saw this and fell in love. It was so new to Lowe’s that they did not have it in their computer yet. Fortunately they were able to deliver it the following day. I had a mountain of laundry waiting to put it to the test! I love it! I have not connected to WiFi as I don’t see a need to be able to start it remotely. If I am home to put the clothes in the washer, I can turn on the machine!!!

Has not performed properly since I purchased it 8 months ago. Wash cycle takes over two hours, soap remains in tub when cycle stops, dryer always takes additional time to dry even small loads. Technicians say nothing wrong even though soap remind after cycle whe no soap was used. Used tub cleaner as recommended but no change. Presidential liaison did not follow up with me even though I sent Tarshunia several pictures. Disgusted with product and service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these machines to do the laundry for my very busy massage company and they are perfect! The oil and lotion come out and the machines are quiet and efficient! Not too mention they look amazing!!

This unit was purchased to replace a broken washer. It was on sale for a great price. I should have done some research. The washer has a sanitize cycle that can not be deactivated. When washing with cold water, clothes are sanitized at the end and are hot and very wrinkled. The dryer, even on the hottest setting does not get the wrinkles out of the clothes. I have never had a problem with clothes being wrinkled after drying in any machine I’ve ever used. I’m 55 and have used multiple types of washers and dryers. I hope I save someone a headache and more clothes to iron.

We were limited on space and it had to be quiet because it’s in a hallway with no doors. This LG model was perfect. We love how quiet it is and it does a great job cleaning. Can even operate it from your phone. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a full size but have limited space.

We bought this 2 months ago to replace a broken washer of a different brand. Since we only have space for a stack system, I was excited about this unit, especially with a center control panel. So far the washer seems to clean decently though I haven't had any stains to wash out yet. The center control panel is very convenient. I was very disappointed to discover that the Fresh Care and Delay options that I had on my old machine, don't seem to be available. Nor can you program a customized setting. In theory, I could use the remote start as a pseudo delay option, but that assumes I will remember to turn it on later when I am out and about. On the dryer, I generally use the wrinkle care option. This is not on by default (not even in the permanent press option) nor does it remember the setting when I add it so I have to remember every time to add it. One benefit is that you can add it after you've started a cycle. The unit is supposed to recognize the settings I use often and automatically add them in time but that hasn't happened yet. Lastly, I find the LG ThinQ app disappointing and frustrating in the sense that you cannot modify the washer settings from the app. You can choose the various pre-programmed cycles provided but you cannot tweak them to add an extra rinse cycle, add wrinkle care to the dryer cycle, etc. I contacted customer service with some of these issues and never received a response. The system works well enough, but these various features, or lack of them, add up to creating a frustrating experience.

I love the tower style and don't feel like I am sacrificing working load size for the slimmed down design. This wash tower is super efficient in the load run times and I am still surprised at how quickly even the big loads get done.
