[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's ok. I don't need all of the bells and whistles (and they don't seem to even work that well). I needed something with a very specific set of dimensions and this fit the bill. I'll see if it has some longevity. That's the real test.

I recently moved into a senior apartment complex and needed to save as much space as possible. I had LG washer and dryer with pedestals in good condition but they overfilled the space allotted. The new setup is perfect and my satisfaction with the product continues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the Thin Q washer / Dryer stacked unit. Easy to use controls located between the two units for easy access. Less cycle time on both washer and dryer than our previous models. WIFI notification of cycle being completed is a cool feature.

This unit seems to have the ability to wash and dry well. It lacks any semblance of user control to truly maximize any of its potential. The default settings are a joke. Even worse, the lack of customization of its app settings is even worse. For the amount of money spent on this unit, I am completely dumbfounded on the lack of control I have over it. Almost every piece of clothing, blanket, or other item we buy today, has one simple instruction; machine wash cold and tumble dry low. This doesn't change based on how heavy duty or heavily soiled the load is. I feel completely ripped off having bought this unit for the money. LG needs to add a fully customizable cycle to its app. Until such time, nobody in their right mind should consider buying this over priced under productive device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have done about 10 loads of laundry with my new machine. The machine is very quiet and I don't even realize it is on. The cycles are energy efficient but do not compromise on the quality of performance! The unit is very spacious for bedding as well. The smart feature is an added touch that makes the chore of washing clothes a breeze.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the wash tower during the end of year sales. So much better than the old washer/dryer combo we had before. It's easy to use with the controls centered between the washer and dryer so no reaching high up for dryer controls. The washer even tells the dryer what settings to use based on what you washed. Plus it really quiet and easy to connect to the ThinQ app.

Handles typical loads fine, but we generally keep them on the light side. Clean and dry output. Minor install issue to be aware of, needs 3 supply hoses. Also the inlets for the washer hoses are centered with dryer outlet in rear. Requires more standoff from back wall. Make sure you have an extra 4 inches clearance in front for your setup if you plan to install in small space and have a door that needs to close. I had to route steel braided hoses with a vertical path and loop to nudge as far in as possible. Rubber hoses probably easier to flex into alignment. The splitter for the steam supply line adds to the bulk. A flex duct tied the dryer outlet to my standing vent connection. Electric dryer means you need both 120v and 240v power supplies. These need to be offset to outer edge of install space. Sits solid on floor and it is heavy. Doesn’t slide easily. Had to push into space by leg power, think squats on sitting workout machine! Good choice for compact space. Home Depot supplied. Great delivery to front door, glad I had a commercial quality dolly to get it to laundry space. Check your opening width of interior door. All that said, very pleased with machine so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve seen some reviews which read like a book, and that’s kind of suspish, so I’m going to lay this out there. We bought a new home and needed a new W/D since the sellers were taking theirs and we were leaving ours at our previous house. I figured for the price of the front-loaders we would need in the space, I’d try this one. I’m truly loving an appliance! Between my clothes feeling more clean than ever before from the old W/D, to the app with some pretty cool settings for any of our laundry loads, this thing is awesome. Even our 3 year old enjoys the chimes and helping out by pushing buttons to start it. We have 2 large black dogs and their sheets for their bed come out clean every time and I just have to do a quick self-clean mode and it’s like the fur never happened. Seriously, get this thing. I want to enclose it in our small utility room with some sort of storage unit but I’m not very knowledgeable on those yet. The dryer hose makes the unit stick out a bit and I have to figure out a way to hide it. Other than that, I’m very excited to see what I can do with this space and not have everything sitting on the side next to the dog food. This appliance has saved me tons of time with our working schedule and has been amazing for our family.

And I reviewed the product online for pros and cons. When it was delivered the person went to push it into place and sparks came out the back and a fire melted the plastics on the back. I have just received another wash tower and had it installed. Seems to be fine. I however am still a little nervous. The store was great in taking care of the unite and luckily there wasn’t any damage to my house ( little water on the floor from putting out the flames). I just think buyers should treat these appliances with respect.

Just bought this combo in order to save space. It washes and dries well. It does not allow choices, which had I known, I would have not chosen it. I use cold water for most washes; the only way I can get cold water is to wash everything as delicate. A normal load is only washable with hot water and hot dryer. If you are shopping, pay attention to features. Wish I had.
