[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not think a man could get excited about a machine, maybe a new gun, or truck. My kids insisted I get the tower because my wife (84, me 85) had to go down the basement to do washing. So the Tower came to my house. I have never been around a washing machine that works so silently, efficiently, and turns out clothes that are amazingly not only clean, but fluffy and soft like brand new. I am the boss of the wash day duty now and thrill to see how the pair work during the several cycles. The LG technology is just fantastic. I heartily recommend the product to any and all who want a space-age laundry marvel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer arrived not functioning. Repair guy already replaced the valves which fixed that issue, but now he said the control board needs to be replaced. Pretty unacceptable for a brand new machine. Looks nice otherwise.

Outstanding piece of technology. Super efficient washing and drying both with low levels of nose. The one negative is the user friendliness of the app. The app gives access to a range of online programs but: 1/ The do not include the standard manual options available on the machine- why? 2/ To access the options one needs to remember to click on the down site next to the word NORMAL- again why? Please upgrade the app interface.

I was standing next to it about to check to see if it was running or not (someone else said they started a load but I was checking in case they had gotten sidetracked) when I realized not only was it running but it was in the spin cycle!! I had been standing next to it for a couple of minutes and had no idea until I looked into the window and checked the display that it was even on! It's an LG so you expect it to wash and dry to exceptional standards but I never expected this level of silence!! Well done!!

If you're reading this, hopefully you already did you due diligence and noted from other reviews that despite the site's description, this stack requires a 110 and a 220 outlet. Fortunately we caught that before the contractor was done with electric! Our first delivery came damaged from the last-mile carrier and it took a couple weeks for the new one. Other than that, we're very happy with the unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our new WashTower a couple months ago and I LOVE IT! I am 5'3" and have no problem reaching into the top dryer. I can fit everything I could into our old large capacity washer/dryer and it takes up half the space. Love the allergen/sanitize and steam options but my favorite option is the wrinkle care button that keeps fluffing the laundry if I can't get to it as soon as it's done drying. I honestly can not think of one negative thing to say about it. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this unit. It’s so quiet you barely know it’s running. That it is a full size washer/dryer tower unit is brilliant. Able to wash blankets, towels etc. with no issues. Very happy with this unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this unit to save space and increase our loading capacity . It did both and with the center control panel no need for a step stool! Clothes are definitely cleaner with less wear and tear on fabric . Highly recommend this unit and looks great too.

This laundry center replaced a standard washer and dryer due to a renovation. I love that it is a space saver. Unit is quiet when running. Make sure to remove bolts at back of machine to avoid having to pull it out again. There sure be better tags to advise these need to be taken off before putting machine in service.
