[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this washer / dryer for a while now. I love the app connectivity which lets me know when the wash or dry cycles are finished. Also if there are any errors it will alert the app as well. The washer seems to wash the clothes fully and the dryer always drys my clothes to perfection. I really like these units and even though they are expensive, they are well worth the money.

After searching for a washer and dryer for a very tight space, we were happy to find this low profile set. Technology has changed and it never ceases to amaze us at how quick and efficient the cycles are on the machines. We haven't tried to down load anything yet because we are doing great with what is standard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer has been very good so far. My wife loves that she gets notifications on her phone letting her know when loads are finished. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were a few times that choosing the setting for a regular load for the dryer did not result in the clothes being dry. We found that turning off the "energy saver" mode corrected this, but the default normal setting on the dryer never seemed to work. All other settings work fine, so it seems that the energy saver mode just doesn't function as intended.

The control panel being in the middle makes it really easy for everyone to reach. I wasn't sure if I was going to use the app, but pretty handy getting an alert when the load is done so it can be flipped in a timely manner.

It uses less product and is prettycompactand fits into a smaller space. We do wish that the doors would swing openwider and there when the dryer doesn't dry your clothes when using energy saver..

Being short I am no longer on my toes to work controls or see what to function to choose. Having the control in middle is amazing, Surprised how quiet both washer and dryer are. Options for cleaning and quality of clean are good, Dryer works very quickly- small laundry room is not overheated at all. Very sleek looking unit.

One thing both my husband and I noticed is that the washer doesn't rock and roll when on the spin cycle and the clothes come out not soaked when we put them in the dryer.
