Definitely would NOT recommend - did not work

I bought this several weeks ago. Putting it together wasn't the quickest task but unfortunately after assembling it, the heater only worked once. We used a new propane tank but could never get it to restart - extremely unfortunate since we got it for a big party we were hosting. And it was NOT easy to disassemble to return to the store. We tried calling customer service but was never able to get an answer or a return call. Would definitely NOT recommend this - it looked nice but the overall quality appears to be lacking.

Just junk!

I bought this unit just before Christmas 22 with great excitement to enjoy the cooler Florida nights. I opened the box that had never been opened, only to find missing parts. I contacted Sams club only to been told they had no more. I was informed to contact the warranty company for the missing parts. It is now 1-6-23. Still no parts as of yet!

Purchased the Patio Heater online, and picked up at our local Sam's Club. Put together the heater with no problem. Works fine. After assembly, we noticed that there was no cover, as shown on box

Table light coating wore off

The heater is nice and the light in the table is a good idea. But, the white coating of the table quickly wore off, exposing the unattractive underneath of the table.

Cheap junk

This is the cheapest heater ever. The igniter is so flimsy and it's the first gas appliance I have seen with a AAA battery for the igniter rather than a AA battery, the spring that holds the battery is so flimsy it doesn't look it will last long. The shipping carton says "commercial grade" this heater is not commercial grade, it built with super thin metal and small cheap fasteners. I am returning this poor quality junk.
