I bought this overt the holidays and have fallen in love with it. It’s much faster and more efficient than my previous dryer. It only takes 30 minutes to finish a load. The installation was seamless and they were very friendly. Lots of different features and settings to choose from for a variety of drying conditions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought an LG SensorDry gas dryer in October 2021. The gas won't ignite on a consistent basis. The technicians have been here 4 times. Now they are going to finally replace the brain (chip/motherboard), so I will have to to take yet more time off of work. Consumer Repots rated this dryer high. I got a lemon.

I also bought a LG dishwasher four years ago and that is also whisper quite. My old units were on there last legs and these were definitely a great upgrade. I highly recommend LG for replacements appliances!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My original dryer quit working so had to get a replacement. I loved my other dryer, so am comparing it to that, even though I knew I would not get the same features because of the age of the dryer. I am getting use to the new dryer, but I am not fond of the Sensor Dry Technology, because my clothes to not get dry enough (Permanent Press cycle) when the dryer shuts off. Because of this, I basically use the Manual Dry and it work very good. I am getting use to the other settings, and most happy that I got the Air Dry cycle because I used it all the time with my old dryer. I hang a lot of clothes, so use this function with a dryer sheet to fluff up my clothes and they come out just like they were dried in a dryer. Another feature that is missing, is that it does not have a loud buzzer to let me know when clothes are done. My dryer is in the basement, and this would be very helpful. I know in time, I will get use to the features and will love the dryer. I know LG is a very good product, and that is why I bought it.

Dryer functions just fine but in the last month its developed a loud buzzing/rattling noise coming from the bottom of the unit. I had two different technicians come out. The first took it all apart and said nothing was wrong with it and added some felt tape in some places. Still loud. Second technician came out and pointed to a small dent near the top/rear of the unit and said because of that there is nothing to fix even though the noise is coming from the bottom of the unit. So other than the super loud buzzing noise that drives my wife crazy, unit functions just fine...for now.

It doesn’t always dry everything on the cycle (neither did my old dryer) so I do often have to add a timed cycle for the remaining damp clothing but that’s not bad! Great price for a good dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 2 month old dry stopped hearting. Code 9A5 appeared (not enough gas). Contact LG via chat. I was told to have PG&E to come out and check the gas pressure. Not the problem. Then, I was told to clean the dryer vent. Did it; not the problem. Finally a tech was approved. The Tech was great!

I bought the dryer on the 16th of May and used it for the first time today on May 31st. I live in the country so I needed to change my new gas dryer over to propane and you have to go online and find someplace that sells the part because you can not buy this part at the store where you purchase the dryer then find someone to install this tiny 2 inch part that you have to disassemble the entire dryer to cuz it's in the front of the dryer. (a access door would be a nice feature) why doesn't anyone just make a propane dryer all ready to go? So the feature I like is the less wrinkles feature and the disliked feature is it's a dark colored drum inside and no light.

This dryer is well worth the money. It ia=s easy to operate and is perfect at doing whatever drying job you have. The one thing that was a slight problem was needing to install a connector just for propane. The installer had to do a lot of work. So just a heads up. This does not detract from a very good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG gas dryer is the workhouse I needed for bedding, small area rugs, and other bulky items. I have the matching washer and they make a great set. The capacity is rated at 7.3 cubic feet and it fits those bulky comforters and bedding with ease. I like the auto dry sensor that prevents excessive drying, when it detects no or minimal moisture it just shuts itself off. There are plenty of settings and the unit runs smooth and quiet. I went with the gas version for more efficient energy usage. I would not hesitate to recommend this dryer.
