[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought an LG SensorDry gas dryer in October 2021. The gas won't ignite on a consistent basis. The technicians have been here 4 times. Now they are going to finally replace the brain (chip/motherboard), so I will have to to take yet more time off of work. Consumer Repots rated this dryer high. I got a lemon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My original dryer quit working so had to get a replacement. I loved my other dryer, so am comparing it to that, even though I knew I would not get the same features because of the age of the dryer. I am getting use to the new dryer, but I am not fond of the Sensor Dry Technology, because my clothes to not get dry enough (Permanent Press cycle) when the dryer shuts off. Because of this, I basically use the Manual Dry and it work very good. I am getting use to the other settings, and most happy that I got the Air Dry cycle because I used it all the time with my old dryer. I hang a lot of clothes, so use this function with a dryer sheet to fluff up my clothes and they come out just like they were dried in a dryer. Another feature that is missing, is that it does not have a loud buzzer to let me know when clothes are done. My dryer is in the basement, and this would be very helpful. I know in time, I will get use to the features and will love the dryer. I know LG is a very good product, and that is why I bought it.

I bought this overt the holidays and have fallen in love with it. It’s much faster and more efficient than my previous dryer. It only takes 30 minutes to finish a load. The installation was seamless and they were very friendly. Lots of different features and settings to choose from for a variety of drying conditions

I purchased this a month ago. This model was not available on the show room floor. I do not like the fact that the door either opens to the right or left depending on how you set it up. I do not like this feature at all as I am tired, already, of picking up my laundry off the laundry room floor as many items fall out when door is open and while pulling items out others fall to the floor. Also, on normal dry things do not seem to be that dry. I use Heavy Duty dry to make sure my laundry is dry. My drier vent is clear as I cleared it before new drier was installed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having issues with a different name brand dryer we purchased the LG DLG7001 (gas) dryer. This dryer handles both small and large loads great. You are able to complete your laundry chores in substantially less time than with the previous dryer we had. I’m extremely happy with the quality and performance of this dryer!

I also bought a LG dishwasher four years ago and that is also whisper quite. My old units were on there last legs and these were definitely a great upgrade. I highly recommend LG for replacements appliances!

I love my new LG Dryer! Everything comes out beautiful and wrinkle free! With my old dryer, I had to hang my jeans, tee shirts, and all of my delicates for fear of shrinkage. Now everything goes into the dryer, and comes out looking new! My life has gotten so much easier, and I couldn't be happier with my new LG Dryer! I highly recommend this dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've bought a lot of washer and dryers in 66 years. This is hands down the best pair of machines I've owned. Solidly built, straight forward easy to understand controls and hands down the quietest machines. All at a price point that is more than competitive.

Bought dryer last month, so far so good. I enjoy that the dryer runs quietly, appreciate the melodic alarm when cycle is complete, love the wrinkle free setting, we had some issues early on with clothes not being fully dried but we just stopped using the sensor settings, definitely took some time to understand all the various settings. The biggest downfall of this dryer is there's no light inside and there is some difficulty getting all the lint out of the trap.

We are so glad we switched to gas energy especially after all the gigantic increases in the cost of electricity. The capacity is perfect for even the largest load of laundry. We are also very pleased with the lint filtering system and it filters out two or three times as much lint per wash as our old dryer.
