I bought these at the beginning of the year and I am happy I did. Both washer and dryer are big enough for bedding and big loads. Furthermore, the tower is small enough to fit in a small laundry closet. I moved to a condo so I do not have a lot of space. So far I used them frequently and I've had no problems or complaints.

I purchased this unit approximately one month ago and although I have not yet used all the features I love it. My clothes smell fresher than they ever have. The central location of both the washer and dryer is excellent and allows you to see what settings your using without a step stool. Both the washer and dryer are extremely quiet and the only real sound you hear is the actual movement of the clothes. I look forward to using the additional features like steam in the future.

During that week I actually had buyer's remorse and seriously considered telling them not to replace it. I didn't like it as much as I thought I would. It was so different than my old set which were side by side units. The washing times were all different too. Well, by the time my replacement unit arrived, I took the time to read the whole manual learn this new unit. It works really well, and I like that I don't have to add water to the dryer receptable as I had to do with my former dryer (also an LG.)

This is our second set of LG washer & dryer (had 1st set for 15 years) & this one doesn't disappoint. The settings are great on the washer, clothes feel almost dry after wash cycle ends. Love that the dryer knows setting for drying from option chosen on washer. Very pleased with the set. Thanks for making a great product!

Living in an older home with little room for modern appliances, the stacked unit helped us take back some much needed floor space. Having the controls at the same arm level is pretty nice too.

The tower fits my laundry room better than any side-by-side units I have owned. We were skeptical that the error message indicating air flow restriction in the vent line could be correct, but our local HVAC service provider showed us just how correct our LG wash tower was, and we are very grateful for that sensor. I love the size of both washer and dryer - seems I can fit more than I ever could in a top loader. The connection to WIFI took me a minute to get set up, but it serves as a great reminder when I cannot be close by while clothes wash or dry. I like having the controls in the center of the tower so I don't have to stretch to the top of the top unit. I know there are features I haven't tried yet, but I look forward to seeing what else I can learn to love about this wash tower.

We bought this stackable washer/dryer with controls in the middle for our home and have been so happy with them, we decided to get the same thing for our summer cabin. It takes up very little room, does a great job with the clothes, has all the features we need (within reach!), and looks great, too!

This unit has a lot of the same features as larger units even thoughitfits in a smaller space. I was able to wash my comforter in it. WIFI was a bit of a challenge to connect bur was able to get assistance through LG chat support.
