[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 months ago. This combo is beautiful to look at, easy to use and very efficient. Clothes come out clean and soft in less time. I amvery satisfied with this purchase.

Remember that the rubber around the washer drum is prone to mold, as on all front loading washers, and you need to leave the door open between washes. Also, at year 4, after warranty expiration, the washer repeatedly tripped the circuit breaker, luckily after leaving it unplugged overnight it resumed correct functioning. I thought it was going to be a drum motor failure as I’ve read about this for this model online. I’m not sure I’d buy another front load washer. I also bought some tablets to clean inside of washer periodiclt as I have a pet. Seems to help fight build-up inside washer. Cleaning, capacity washing and drying has been great. Decent noise level.

The product sucked and I wouldn’t recommend anybody buying it as our washing machine started sinking like rotten. You know what shortly after using it and even with cleaning the filter pump and everything it still stinks.

I bought this unit about 2 months ago. It cleans well, but the 2 star review is due to lack of options on the control panel. cycle options have pre-set options and are NOT adjustable. Such as-normal drying, you cannot lower the temperature- must be on high. I also don't like that you have to download the app to get additional cycle options. We've not been able to link the machine to the app therefore don't have access to the additional cycles. One basic feature that I would like to have standard is just a spin cycle. Apparently, it is an option in the app. The bedding cycle has a medium level spin. I would like high, but I'm not able to adjust. Bedding comes out still damp. The only way around this is to select the quick wash option and set the spin to high. Extra unnecessary step and waste of water. Due to the lack of cycle options and adjustments, I would pass on this washtower.
