Bought the WashTower two months ago and still loving it. Unit fit easily in my utility room. Controls are positioned nicely and are easy to view and use. You can do regular size loads and small loads with no problems.

We have had our unit almost a month now and it has been by far one of the best choices I have made. It is very quiet and washes within an hour, the signal to notify you of when the cycle is complete is absolutely lovely.

The unit looks good. And I’ve always like the LG brand but the washer door is difficult to close. Not sure if it’s just this unit and if I should call in a repair man but I am a little disappointing.

Very bad experience with the installation the 2 guys rush everything saying they have no time they left and don’t do the right job ..I have to hire somebody else to pay to install my appliances….. very bad experience.
