I love my new LG Washtower! It’s never been easier to use. All the controls are easy to use for both the washer and the dryer. And also the ability to use it via the app if you need to.

We pulled the stack out of the box and it was inoperable. Contacted LG and they sent a tech out to fix it. We are satisfied that we are able to get it fixed under the warranty.

Annoying there is no towel button or you can’t change the other orders. Who would ever want not very dry on a mode w little heat. Annoying the lint reminders don’t actually sense when it needs cleaning.
