Love having a single unit that is family size and so easy to use! Love all the options and how efficient it is. Just wish you’d update the app to work on 5G so I could benefit from all the options

Purchased on 1-21-23. Washer has very loud knock in spin cycle! Service call set-up for 2-15-23. Less than 30 days old!!!! Tower was pricey but we thought it would be trouble free!

I love the interaction with the app. It let me know I had installed everything correctly. The unit has tons of options to tailor the load to a wash cycle. The app lets me know when a cycle is complete so I can move on to the next load.

I bought this unit a few months ago and I don’t know that I’ve ever been more pleased with the product. It gets close super clean very efficient and quiet would definitely buy again anytime I need to replace machines

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Easy to use. The default settings work for all my needs. Cons: If I run the dryer with damp but not wet clothes it sometimes stops before the cycle finishes and the clothes remain damp.
