[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product the frame is bright but has a nice fullness to it in painting mode and using it as a TV the picture is amazing the remote works well and everything looks really nice and colorful the frame itself looks very pretty and nice on the wall almost cant tell it's a screen at all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just installed our frame tv. It looks great and replaced an older flagship Samsung curved tv from 2015. The tv looks great so far. The afternoon sun would cause glare to distract from the previous tv, it is not an issue with this tv. I went with the frame for the matte screen, it does not disappoint. The default settings look good, the brightness and color might get some tweaks but I'm happy with what came out of the box. I like that the tv came with a One Connect box which allowed me to hide all of my wires on the other side of the wall. The included wall mount was not needed but I'm grateful it's there in the event I need it.

The picture quality is excellent, with vibrant colors and a crisp, clear image whether we're watching movies, sports, or regular TV. One of our favorite features is the Art Mode, which allows the TV to blend into our living space and look more like framed artwork than a traditional television. The design is sleek and modern, and it has been a great addition to our home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of this TV, Its minimalist, the smart box is awesome, and its much more responsive/faster than previous Samsung TV's I purchased and own. I also love the Newer interface Samsung has moved to, as our older Samsung Tv's are not as user friendly. What I would change- The Frames you can purchase for this TV are extremely expensive. The Same price as a regular 40 inch Samsung tv... And I still feel that the Search feature with Samsung Tizen is not as user friendly as a few other platforms; like Google TV, Firestick. They pull movies/shows from so many sources and Samsung still continues to struggle here. Overall - Absolutely Love this TV and will be adding 2 more Frame TV's in time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am truly amazed at how realistic the artwork appears. Most guests do not realize if is electronic rather than actual paintings. It is great what art is available and even pictures from a flash drive. The other features such as tv and computer monitor are an unexpected bonus. The color options of the mat could be improved and a true black would be wonderful. Overall I love the brightness, color, contrast and uniformity.

People are amazed when they enter the room that it is actually a television. Then we turn it on, and they are blow away by the quality of the picture. Best TV purchase ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 55 inch Frame is exactly what we wanted in the space. The picture quality is awesome. We've had multiple people in the room that have been impressed with the picture quality when displaying artwork. It took a playoff football game to experience the adaptive volume which made for some fun experimentation. Works well with our Alexa. We did need to purchase a different mounting bracket to install across the tv box in our fireplace. I appreciate the variety of artwork that can be used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Samsung TV because the picture quality is excellent, but the software experience has been incredibly frustrating. My biggest complaint is the home screen. On my Apple TV, the home screen is exactly what I want it to be: a simple grid of my apps. If I want recommendations, featured content, or advertisements, I can open the Apple TV app and see all of that there. It's separated from the basic navigation experience. Samsung does the opposite. The home screen is filled with recommendations, promoted content, and other clutter that I never asked for. Instead of feeling like a dashboard for my TV, it feels like an advertising platform that I have to navigate through every time I turn it on. What's even more frustrating is the lack of customization. I can't simply strip the home screen down to my apps and the services I actually use. The TV constantly pushes content at me whether I want it or not. The hardware is great and the picture quality is impressive, but the user interface significantly detracts from the overall experience. If Samsung gave users the option to have a clean, app-focused home screen like Apple TV, I would rate this TV much higher.

My only complaints are the preloaded apps/Samsung Live options and how difficult it has been to remove them. I've had this TV five months now and still can't figure it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whether it's the fantastic picture you have come to depend on or the various art that's available through their Frame feature Samsung continues to manufacture the best televisions at a reasonable price point in the market. The only thing to note is that the transition from the “art” option to watching TV appears slow, otherwise along with the AI features, which I'm still learning) this a must have in your home.
