The brightness and contrast along with the matte screen make it perfect for watching in a room with lots of windows.  The resolution makes the picture and artwork come to life.  The Samsung smart features and interface are the best of any tv brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've wanted a Frame for years but always been waiting for one to go on sale, and it finally did. This almost never happens. I would have preferred the 65" but the 55" is just fine!

Picture quality is great. The aesthetic is awesome and looks great on the wall as advertised. A really cool feature is you can change the actual frame part out (busting out the white for summer soon).

I HIGHLY recommend getting well a recommendation on a good TV installation service of you want the full look, seemless and all.

There are a few knocks. Big one being the art feature leaves a bit to be desired, needing internet and really wanting you to pay for a service for the best options. Also not the best for over the air TV. It doesn't have a built in antenna and this is understandable it's not built for watching sports.

Elevates my living space

We wanted a thin tv mounted above our brick fireplace for years, the frame tv was our solution. The almost invisible cable easily hides and allows us the enjoy the tv without an ugly cable showing. We now have three 55” Frame TVs, and instead of black screens dominating the walls, they look like real artwork. Guests genuinely don’t realize it’s a television until it turns on. The matte display and anti-reflection finish make a huge difference, especially in bright California daylight.
Picture quality is excellent for everyday viewing, but what surprised me most is how balanced everything feels — from sound clarity to smart features. Alexa integration works flawlessly, and since our home already runs on Samsung appliances and devices, everything just connects naturally. It feels like a complete ecosystem rather than separate products.
Art Mode is honestly the highlight. Personal photos look stunning, and the curated artwork makes the space feel premium and alive even when the TV is off. The only improvement I’d love to see is a single Art Store subscription shared across multiple Frame TVs instead of per device — that would make the experience perfect for families who fully embrace the ecosystem.
Overall, this is more than a TV — it’s décor, technology, and daily enjoyment combined. Samsung didn’t just build a screen; they created something that blends into real living spaces beautifully.

Best tv ever

I bought the Samsung The Frame TV because my son has one and I loved that it looked like framed artwork with a 2-year free subscription to the art store.  However, to date, I have not received the help needed to redeem the free subscription.  I could have gotten a similar tv for half the price.

What free art store subscription?

65" Class The Frame TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Samsung TV because the picture quality is excellent, but the software experience has been incredibly frustrating.

My biggest complaint is the home screen. On my Apple TV, the home screen is exactly what I want it to be: a simple grid of my apps. If I want recommendations, featured content, or advertisements, I can open the Apple TV app and see all of that there. It's separated from the basic navigation experience.

Samsung does the opposite. The home screen is filled with recommendations, promoted content, and other clutter that I never asked for. Instead of feeling like a dashboard for my TV, it feels like an advertising platform that I have to navigate through every time I turn it on.

What's even more frustrating is the lack of customization. I can't simply strip the home screen down to my apps and the services I actually use. The TV constantly pushes content at me whether I want it or not.

The hardware is great and the picture quality is impressive, but the user interface significantly detracts from the overall experience. If Samsung gave users the option to have a clean, app-focused home screen like Apple TV, I would rate this TV much higher.
