I had two main concerns coming in; picture quality and a strong reliability volume. The picture quality throughout the screen compares with much more expensive sets. Color is crisp and true to life. No soft edges or skewed images. In the menu you’ll also find a volume booster which works exactly as described. Even with my hearing aides I’ll have difficulty clearly hearing certain scenes. This has not been a problem here. Clear and strong tones allowing me to not miss any action. Not really knowing what I was looking for or at I was very fortunate to find a salesman who knew his products and could answer my questions. Not ...

My wife and I would not consider buying another brand as we have always enjoyed the quality of Samsung TVs. We sold our condo and the buyer wanted the wall mounted Samsung TV so we let it go. In our new home we needed two new TVs so, of course, we bought Samsung and went with the 75 inch QLED. On both, the picture is bright and the contrast is sharp; the sound is crystal clear. They were super easy to setup and connect to WiFi. Talk about smart, these TVs have so many apps that we'll never run out of things to watch. I can't speak highly enough about or new Samsung TVs. We highly recommend and know you won't be disappointed!

Boy, what a change! The image is super clear and colors are fascinating. But the main diff is the software, it works like a charm and has notifications for the smarthub integrated. Also, an awesome discovery for me was the remote, which you can charge via usb or solar!

Due to the clarity and resolution we see much more detail including the background. This tv has a really good auto brightness that isn’t too noticeable that the tv is getting brighter or dimmer. Contrast in color is great, details are sharp and it’s so nice to see black instead of blotches.

The hubs between my 2 TVs do not sync well. I watch a show in my living room and then go to bedroom and the recently watched do not match. I feel they should and should have the most recently watched show on there no matter what. At times it isn't even there. Even after i try and refresh. Another issue is that Bixby interrupts way to often thinking I'm talking to it. I use the daily board and it activates when i walk in the room. It used to turn on with a single press of the power button but now it takes 2 presses. Kinda annoying.

The smart features are better than other TVs that I’ve seen. I’ve owned every brand and this is by far the easiest to navigate TV that I’ve had.
