I absolutely love this TV when it came out awesome for gaming but then I found the Neo qled by Samsung and fell head over heals and it works great with phillips hue

The TV itself is great with phenomenal picture quality. Unfortunately, menus and navigating it are very slow at times. The remote tends to have issues as well. Contrast and brightness are fantastic even in a well-lit room!

Apps set up thru the t.v. are constantly needing to be reset. Passwords lost and need to be re-entered. Screen saver has now begun to pixel crazy, empty black areas within the saver. Never had these problems with my other Samsung.

I gave 4 out of 5 stars because the tv wifi drops all the time and sometimes wont connect back. This is problematic since everything is a streaming service these days. But the tv picture is great. Bright colors, beautiful picture.
