[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have to deal with 2 TV controls. Every time I change the channel, it keeps jumping back to Channel 2. The volume does not sound right. If I adjust it, it will loose its volume or jump right up to the highest volume.

Samsung sound bar attaches with ease and eliminates a need for a stand or base which allows for more available space. Picture and sound are exceptional with theater quality. Plenty of HDMI port access along with USB and fiber optics increasing sound quality.

I love that they put the YouTube button on the remote and it is solar, so cool and money saving. Thank you for making such a great priduct.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is fairly big, the colors are a bit dull, as in no Dolby sharpness. The sound is somewhat tinny and if you get a good sound bar, good luck in trying to get it to communicate with this TV. The network Ethernet port has failed and a replacement network card would cost more in parts and labor than this TV is worth. The menus are very touchy and will go further than you request with the remote control. I am more than ready to go to a newer system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have so many problems with the Smart TV not staying on the selected station--it makes me re-enter password and codes multiple times while viewing--also when selecting channels--it skips over the channel and then reverts back to the previous channel. I get the spinning circle when I try to advance the channels quickly. I am forced to change channels very slowly. Don't know if the whole TV needs to be rebooted but it has been very frustrating to say the least. I own 4 Samsung TV's and this 75 inch performance has not matched previous models. Please offer suggestions to correct. Thanks Roy Schneider

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never owned a Samsung before and wasn’t sure what to expect. I had two main concerns coming in; picture quality and a strong reliability volume. The picture quality throughout the screen compares with much more expensive sets. Color is crisp and true to life. No soft edges or skewed images. In the menu you’ll also find a volume booster which works exactly as described. Even with my hearing aides I’ll have difficulty clearly hearing certain scenes. This has not been a problem here. Clear and strong tones allowing me to not miss any action. Not really knowing what I was looking for or at I was very fortunate to find a salesman who knew his products and could answer my questions. Not just a clerk. No, I couldn’t be happier and at some point down the road, when we’re needing another tv, this one will be at the top of our search.

It's easy to operate and doesn't seem to have the glare like the tvs I've had before. Programing it was a lot easier than I thought it would be. It connects to my phone. So now I can cast the games on my phone to my tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owning 4 Samsung tv’s, this one has the slowest internet acquisition speed. I use lan connections to my 1 gig fiber service . the tv browser typically reports a 50 to 60 mbs speed test. Picture quality is good but UHD sometimes suffers due to slow speed Stations that are received via outdoor antenna are good though the source is 60 miles away. On rare occasions sound fails to come up with the picture and a recycle of the channel fixes the problem.
