[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture itself is very nice and crisp. Dark blacks, plenty of color/contrast options. However, the menu interface is awful. Non intuitive. No way to just disable the nonsense AI and it dumps ads all over your Home Screen. The layout and background in the Home Screen looks very dated and it is slow. Slow to turn on. Slow to load the Home Screen. Slow to switch channels when on air. Basically a great hardware experience mangled by awful software.

The AI aspect I was in candy and performs with great accuracy. Brightness and contrast are easy to find and control but truly the pre-sets already take care of that… I love my Samsung TV!

The picture quality is super clear, colors look great, and streaming movies or shows in 4K looks amazing. It’s also really easy to use and runs apps smoothly. Perfect size for a bedroom or smaller living room, and overall it feels like a great TV for the price.

If I could say one thing for it to be better on is the response time on the OS of the t.v. Sometimes I would like to just change the channel in less then some seconds but the little lag it has to switch menus is time consuming.

Easy to install and easy to update easy to connect to wifi. The contrast and the brightness being able to be adjusted from bright to dim is great the picture quality and resolution is amazing. The only thing I would change is because we're much older in this household we're having a little trouble setting some things up or not quite sure how to do it in the instruction manual didn't really tell you anything.
