I've never owned a Samsung before and wasn't sure what to expect. I had two main concerns coming in; picture quality and a strong reliability volume. The picture quality throughout the screen compares with much more expensive sets. Color is crisp and true to life. No soft edges or skewed images. In the menu you'll also find a volume booster which works exactly as described. Even with my hearing aides I'll have difficulty clearly hearing certain scenes. This has not been a problem here. Clear and strong tones allowing me to not miss any action. Not really knowing what I was looking for or at I was very fortunate to find a salesman who knew his products and could answer my questions. Not just a clerk. No, I couldn't be happier and at some point down the road, when we're needing another tv, this one will be at the top of our search.

I absolutely love this TV. The brightness handles sunny rooms easily, and the contrast delivers deep, rich blacks. Its upscaling works wonders on older videos, making them look crisp and sharp. For gaming, the responsiveness is excellent with no noticeable lag. Best of all, the screen uniformity is perfect with no dark spots or bleeding edges. Highly recommended!

The TV image is amazing! Navigating with the included tiny remote can be challenging because there are few options on the remote itself. The biggest disappointment is the sound quality. It's pretty much not usable so I run it through an amp and speakers. There is no audio output jack from the TV. My previous Samsung had optical i/o.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sounds is too muted so have to raise the volume very high to hear everything said .....remote control is useless doesn't light up and it's too small to see and use the buttons in low light had to order a better one on line ... what ever is presented when you first turn the tv on that program kicks in if you don't act fast enough to make a choice then you have to go back out and in again, don't like the AI feature really seems useless I'd buy one without it don't waste your money , live tv is nothing but junk and old programing so that is worthless , streaming sucks it's a money pit !
