I am in my mid 80's. I find the remote impossible to useless. I have severe arthritis in my hands and did not the technical knowledge of the maker. Bought a universal remove. Log in process too complicated for an old man. Someday the techies will develop short termememory.

This TV is stunning! The picture is so vibrant, bright and crystal clear. I am very impressed how lightweight and sleek it is. The remote to TV responsiveness is second to none with no lag or delay. The panel's ability to display consistent brightness and color across the entire display.

Really happy with this large 65” TV. I am old school and was afraid of new technology but when my 12 yr old TV started to break I had to get a new one. Reviews and price helped choose this Samsung plus it’s hard to find a 65” to fit perfectly in our corner. We sit about 15 ft from TV and this is so big, it really helps our old eyes read the print and see the screen. What a difference! Once you get used to the definition, it’s the best! Love it

I'm not tech savvy and can't speak to it's performance compared to other models with different tech, but this TV works well for my needs. It's in a small living room where I seldom watch movies and TV. I am considering getting an additional one for my bedroom, and also getting a sound system for this one. I really enjoy Samsung's smart TV software.

I love the display of the TV. My main concern is with the audio! The TV sits in the living room. In the living room, we have a box fan to circulate air in the room. When the box fan is on. I need to push the TV audio to around 75-85% to hear what is coming out. The problem is I don't understand why it needs to be that high, and I don't really feel the audio is that loud. I also have multiple Samsung TVs and Projectors. Most of them are hooked up to an audio unit that is Harmon or Samsung. Thus, this may be a problem for the TV, but it should be addressed. Video looking great is awesome, but a large part of the viewing experience is to hear what is also on the TV.

Absolutely love this TV! It loads apps faster than my coffee brews in the morning, and the picture quality is so crisp it almost feels like characters are about to step right into the room. Pure perfection — 10/10 would buy again (or win in a giveaway)!»

I believe this is my third Samsung TV and I have enjoyed each and every one of them. This is by far the largest one I have had and the brightness/ contrast are super. I also like the fact that Bluetooth is an option because I like to use my headphones so I don't bother my neighbors at night. You can't go wrong with this particular TV. I love this TV. It's a great mid-range television with great color profile and depth. It's super responsive and has good features. I love the sound with the q symphony surround sound system. It's definitely not as good as an OLED but for a QLED TV I think it's one of the best on the market and it's price range. Samsung AI upscelling is top-notch even though I'm watching older shows. The brightness is great in the contrast isn't bad for an QLED. The only complaint I have is the random apps that it downloads but I think nowadays you pay that price on any television.

For the price, this is a great TV. The picture quality is excellent, it's worked well in our bright room, and the UI seems to be responsive and with very little to no latency. The only issue I've had is that if you're using the apps via the UI, there are a few that tend to load very slowly, or sometimes not at all. YouTube TV and the MLB app are two that I have ongoing issues with. Otherwise, I'm enjoying this TV.

This tv is a lemon it doesn’t stay connected to WiFi. The sound goes out constantly tv constantly freezes and will not respond. I have to turn off to restart. I have to call in to Samsung to have the ttv set back to factory settings in order to connect to WiFi. I had to call 4 times to have this issue resolved. I only had this tv approximately 6 months.
