The only drawback or somewhat disappointing feature is the remote control. It's too small and the monochromatic color scheme makes it hard to see and it's too easy to accidentally hit the wrong button and the rewind/fast forward is somewhat cumbersome too. However overall I'm really pleased with and enjoying my Samsung!

I only buy samsung it is the only brand that has ever held up for us and this tv hasn't disappointed .!! Gonna buy another but larger for my living room this next yr!! It's a great option to have Samsung TV with over 300 channels. To choose from, it is so easy to use. It's hooked up to my phone and I can just hit the TV button on my cell phone, which is also a Samsung and it instantly plays to my wide screen. My one complaint about the new 43 inch Q L. E! D. it no longer has a sound output for my surround sound system. The others had it. I've looked on YouTube and there is an adapter to go into the HMDI. That should work to my stereo surround sound speakers. I'm hoping to find the adapter I need for that. The sound quality is sufficient. But I like my music to boom. Looking forward to getting my surround sound and subwoofer hooked up.

I love the brightness of color and the darkness of the black space which makes the pictures almost look like 3-D display. When I took this new one out of the box and saw the remote I remembered why we didn't like the Samsung. Wish I would have realized that in the story I would have purchased another brand.

I have a son that stops buy twice a month and helps me figure things out. But all has been great, and the picture quality is good. it just is going to take me a while to learn how to use everything.
