[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lags a lot don’t like that you have to use your phone to operate the tv and there’s no audio optical plug in for a sound bar tv seems pretty cheaply made for a Samsung I’ve had better tvs that were made from lesser company’s feel like like Samsung tvs have gone down in quality it constantly drops internet connection when I have good internet

We really like the 50" size. It's great to watch Netflix movies. Our Internet takes a while to load the menus, but we live in a rural area.

It came with a Free 5yr Warranty; the picture is Crystal Clear, and the Sound I run thru a Samsung 3.1 Speaker system is Exemplary! The reason I deducted 1 STAR is due to last months Firmware Update cause much confusion in having to Relearn Some of the Interfaces! 👍🏻😁

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I really love the TV. I have an older version of it so Samsung was going to be the only maker I considered. The resolution is great, the features are abundant and it looks great. The only addition I would like is a power on timer. My old Samsung 65 had a timer where I could turn the TV on and use it as an alarm. This one does have a sleep timer but no on timer. I know it’s minor but it wA very useful.

The q LED seems to react faster and does not produce a lot of heat in the room from the screen. the brightness on this TV is much better than my previous Samsung and the sound from the TV itself is a lot better with no vibration from bass, but I still added a Samsung soundbar to add more sound to the room

Then replace my Aging 4K in the living room with a 75 inch. Absolutely love this TV. Plus we’re all on one account so we can share programming in different rooms and apps.

I absolutely love my Samsung TV. The picture quality is A1, makes me feel as though I'm in the theater. The sound is great as well with or without a soundbar. The contrast and brightness of the screen makes everything look so real, like you can reach out and touch it in real life. I highly recommend this TV for anyone who wants theater quality pictures during game or movie night.

I like the picture and most everything except how it's memory functions. We have great internet service and the TV is wired to the router. It may be the Xfinity app but it freezes often and I have to clear the cache often as well as reset the data and reinstall the app.
