I have had this for two years and it’s great so far. I only use it for emergency power outages so I don’t know how it works being abused day after day. I run it every couple months to keep the fuel from going bad in the carburetor and it starts and runs great every time. Never had an issue with it.

I would not recommend this generator. I bought it for hunting and camping. On day one we tried brewing some coffee and it tripped an internal breaker. It wouldn’t run my air conditioner either. Right now it’s an expensive battery charger. It’s quiet and sounds good but doesn’t perform very well. I’m taking it back.

When compared to similar units in the same price point/features this one is by far the best generator in its class. I absolutely love using it. Compare it to the any of the H.F., Sportsman, etc and none of them have a gas gauge! This one does! And a power meter! That along with a digital voltage readout, Hz,

Two years ago, when we needed our big generator, it wouldn't start. I picked this one up just to have something until I could get the big one fixed. I love this little generator. It started right. And has started every time we have needed since. I don't even use the big one now. Would absolutely buy this again, and have recommended it to friends and family.
