We just purchased this generator. It started up like a charm and runs so quiet. We purchased to use with our camper so we haven't actually used it yet.

This machine worked correctly...but is was a bit disconcerting when my husband smelled gas in it...it must have been a return, and put back in the box, with gas in it.

Quiet. Light weight. Lasts longer than it says it will. It powers the a/c for our camper all night long. The battery charging option and the digital fuel read out are great features too. Easy to start.

This is a great little Inverter Generator. It is super quiet and starts with one pull, which isn't unexpected since it features a Yamaha engine. I used it in Canada at a remote location to charge the electronics on my boat. Worked like a charm.

Ordered this brand new from Sams Club. I followed directions precisely but this unit would not start up. I used non-ethanol fuel which is okay according to instructions. I pulled the spark plug to test ignition, there was no fire. I suspect the low oil alert sensor was bad to begin with having worked on small engines professionally. I called tech support and they answered right away. The tech wanted to make sure everything was done correctly, which it was. He said I had 2 options, take it in for repair or back to Sams for a refund. I took it back to Sams for a no hassle return. I told them I wanted to reorder the unit at the same price but was told the unit I had was no longer available. Long story short, don't waste your money or time on this unit. I'll be looking towards a name brand I can trust. This one is just more typical junk being shipped out of China.

I purchased this to run my ice cream truck. I just bought another one to run the freezer while I'm towing my rig. The entire generator is quiet, easy to start and functions so easy. I'd recommend this generator to anyone! It's a great product for the price.

I just bought two of these SUA2300i units. I need them for my travel trailer so I needed them to be quiet and they needed to be able to power my AC unit. The units started right up and were quite. I was happy with that, but that's about where it ended. The main problem is that even with both units running with the parallel cable with ECO mode off as recommended, they will not provide enough power to start my AC unit. I have an older generator that starts and runs the AC unit just fine and it provides less starting watts than these combined units, so this tells me that they do not actually provide 4600 watts of starting power when in parallel mode. Build Quality: Build quality is not good. Both maintenance covers are loose because the two tabs at the top of the cover do not latch properly (too short). One unit had a bad OFF-RUN-START rotary switch. It would not let me turn it to the Start position. The other unit had a bad extension handle. You could pull it out, but was very hard to push back in. I'm pretty sure it would have gotten worse over time. Customer service: They tell you in several places (tags and documentation) to call customer service first and don't take it back to the retailer so I figured I would at least call tech support/customer service first to ask about the power issue. No luck. I called twice and I got a generic recording, nobodies name and it says to leave a message, but then it comes right back and says the mailbox is full so you are unable to leave a message. They must be overwhelmed with customers trying to reach them!

Very poor design use caution when trying to start this generator if the Pull string slips out of my hand it will pull it through the side of the generator to the very bottom and then you have to disable the complete outside of the generator in order to get to the pool string again it breaks really easy going through the cheap plastic outside of the generator I would not recommend this for anybody to buy

Nice and compact. To date I have only run it to make sure it worked. It started easily but without a load it was noisier than I expected. Hopefully, it will be quiet once a load is present. It is very quiet in the idle mode (i.e., low load mode). I really like the wheels for moving it.

I figured I would get my feet wet and purchase my first generator, and I'm glad I did, cause it has proven to be worth EVERY penny of the $250 I paid when it was on sale! It sat in the box for the first 2 months, and my power went out so I decided it was time to put this thing to the test! It started after 2 pulls and has been running for over 3 straight hours with varying loads. I am using it to power a 1500 watt heater and several small electronics in my home, and it handles it with ease. Yes, I could have spent $1000 on that great quality Honda generator that everyone speaks highly about, but for the amount it will be used, that's VERY hard to justify! I am 100% happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone at the sale price I paid.
