Started up easily right out of the box--after adding oil. For 6 days straight, it ran all day long, powering our RV while we were boondocking. Very quiet. No complaints from neighbors.

Bought this before Ian. Lost power Wed afternoon ran it 2.5 days non stop. Quiet and kept frig (2) and freezer good n cold. Switched in different appliances when needed like coffee maker microwave etc without a issue. Charged phones and tablets .

The generator started quickly and powered a fan easily that I used as a test. My only criticism would be the design of draining the fuel and oil for storage. Should have been easier.

The generator is better than expected. It starts right up, and with two of them paralleled they ran my toy hauler 50 amp trailer with an adapter with no problems. They run a long time on a tank of gas as well. Very happy because they have Yamaha engines.

I bought this to power the rooftop A/C on my NoBo 10.6 trailer, it works just fine as long as I don't crank it up all the way (it's a 13,500 BTU unit, which is honestly way too big for a trailer that size). This was the smallest generator that I could find with a 30A socket that fits the power cable that I have, although it won't put out the full 30A. For other 120v use (TV, etc.) it work great, and in the low idle mode it's very quiet. It's light enough to lift, although the wheel kit and handle are a nice touch. The 1 gallon tank is a bit small... 2 gallons would have been nice. Overall, it's a pretty decent small generator for the money.

No nearly as quiet as I thought it would be. I've seen some other brands...much more expensive brand to be fair, and couldn't believe how quiet they were. I then read the reviews on this one and thought this one would blow me a way. My last generator was not a inverter generator so it was more powerful, but really loud. So, if you're looking for a great emergency generator that's not super loud this is your product. If you're looking for the incredibly turn your head quiet you might go with honda, but you'll pay out the nose for that luxury.

I Purchased two of these units and within a few hours of running one of them the over load indicator came on and would not reset. Once it did not reset the generator stayed at a low idle and did not produce any electricity. I took the unit back to Sam’s Club and they gave me a refund on the one unit. I opened the second unit and it seems to be running better but time will tell. I understand that the overload protection is there for a reason but when the unit would not reset I decided it was not worth trying to keep it and potentially leave me with no electricity while I’m out camping. .

Works great. Plastic shell was damaged when it arrived. I called the manufacturer and they mailed me a new one quickly. So customer support is great also. The generator is pretty quiet and has a lot of nice features like a fuel gauge and meter that says what the wattage being used is. Also started on the first pull.

Had been thinking about a small generator for my toy hauler. This one showed up in a Sam's Club flyer for $349; and and additional $45 credit if a CC account was opened and purchase made within 24hrs. Net price, $304. Got it home, unpacked it and was happy to see it had a 30A adapter included with it. Oiled it, fueled it, one pull & I had electricity. Nice & quiet, easy to haul around with carry handle and built in wheels & tote handle. Can't wait to do some remote camping with full power!

Great portable generator. Tested it out for 30 mins running a fridge, small heater, and laptop. it held up very well. having a digital display was a big plus. Reason for generator is baseball tailgating coming up. Do have a larger 3.5k inverter generator but decided to go with a smaller one. Great for the price..
