[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my TV, but find the remote very hard to use when I want to get to move around or get to my streaming apps. Even with a universal remote it's still hard so I don't understand why it's such a problem.

Another thing is the adaptive quality when gaming or watching certain TV shows or movies... it is fantastic and I won't ever be getting another TV unless it's Samsung. Plus it was very affordable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv itself is excellent, lightweight and the picture is great. I don't love the volume control on the remote as most of the time when i go to increase or decrease the volume, it mutes the tv if you don't press it exactly the right way. Also, the performance of some apps is just not right. The you tube TV app is extremely slow and half the time doesn't load or has a blank picture but does have volume. we have tried everything to make it work from uninstalling and reinstalling, etc and we finally had to use a roku instead of using the built in samsung app features. The TV picture quality and sound however, is great.
