I like the 2 Samsung TVs I have. One is a 3-year-old 65" that has a remote that is way better than the 6-month-old 43" TVs remote. I like the older remote because it has direct number buttons so you can go directly to the channel you want to watch. The newer tv remote is very minimalistic that has you do almost everything through the tv screen. A glitch that I have experienced with both TVs is that once in a while they freeze up and need to be unplugged for a couple minutes, when I plug the tv back into the power they reboot I think and work fine. (that is why 4 stars) The picture quality is great, the sound is good and I like the Samsung channels so much I cancelled the cable tv and just have Wi-Fi.

The picture is fantastic! Our family room has a wall of windows that used put a terrible glare on the screen of our old Tv. With the anti-glare screen on the Samsung, there is no glare, reflection, or external visible light on the screen anywhere. I can sit in any chair in the room and still have a wonderful viewing experience.

I'm really happy with my Samsung TV. The picture quality is beautiful—sharp, bright, and clear—and the colors look amazing. The screen is a great size and makes movies and shows feel so much more immersive It was also very easy to set up, and I love how simple it is to access all of my streaming apps. The TV looks sleek and modern in the room and has been easy to use overall. I've had a great experience with Samsung TVs and would definitely recommend this one

Ease of use. The remote does not allow for things as simple as changing the input source. I have a HD antenna to use for local stations, but the TV typically defaults to only the Samsung TV channels. Even when selecting the "live" TV app, I am able to view the first channel and then an up/down push takes me right back to Samsung TV. I have been happy with other Samsung purchases, but this experience is quickly changing my opinion.

I absolutely love this TV! Mh husband and I upgrades from our vizio TV which was I belive was 32in so this is definitely and insaneeee upgrade! I have very sensitive eyes so I love that the brightness on this TV can go suppeeerrrr lowww and i can still fix the contrast to make it duller as well!! My husband prefers the TV at its max brightness which is super bright as well! The control response time is actually super well it only takes around 1 sec for it to match on TV which if you know other tvs controls take a little longer! My sister in law has a different version of a sasumg tv but even though its different they do well with uniformity that way we can help navigate her if she has any troubles. I think overall this is an upscaling product which is worth what you're paying for so definitely recommend this to anyone who is intrested in switching!

The TV looks great and works great. My only complaint is with the remote. Turning the volume up/down is a lever, and you push it down for mute. I can operate it but others cannot figure it out. I've ordered a universal remote, so all is fine now. Otherwise, recommend this TV.

TV was inexpensive and the picture quality is good. But the tiny remote control is horrible; not easy to use with multiple functions on each button or combination of buttons. Up/down usually skips through multiple selections with one click. No number keypad; with 3000 some channels, an entire day can be wasted trying to get from broadcast channels to Samsung TV+ channels. Easy to cast to from my Samsung phone, but difficult to find where to disconnect other devices that somehow automatically connected.
