They stand behind their products. Their televisions are just great. That is the only brand I will buy and we have five televisions.

The buttons are so close together your finger inevitably touches another key and sends you off to God knows where! No consideration given to the elderly with eyesight problems! I checked and there is no option to buy a larger remote! I found the instructions on the ‘learn’ your TV very vague and confusing! I still can’t figure out how to watch my local channels! So far, I am not a fan of this TV and especially not the remote!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had some problems with the brightness not being bright enough . it's a 4K resolution which is great for me cuz it's the first one I've had like that and the contrast and refresh rate seems to be fine . [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure if my issue is with the tv itself or my streaming app. I watch only 2 channels. It's takes 5 min just to get to that channel. There are so many junk apps on the tv. I would like to just go back to cable but it's so expensive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed this in our basement turning it into a second living room/movie theater. This is our 3rd Samsung TV in our house, and it is by far the best of them. We also hooked our PS5 up to it because of its fast refresh rate, in depth color, and really makes colorful games like Visions of Mana look spectacular with the color contrast, brightness, and sharpness of the picture. Movies like the Avatar series also look spectacular on it.

The resolution is clear and crisp and you can change the contrast easily, I have it using the bright mode during the daytime and you can use the refresh TV to manufacturers settings. I am extremely happy with my purchase. The remote has many channels for viewing easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great addition to our household TVs. Hung this TV on the wall, plugged it in and it was good to go. It automatically connected to my preferred network, updated itself and we were watching streaming shows almost immediately. Apps were easy to find and install and even setting up the homescreen was as easy as could be. Absolutely love this TV and will likely buy another TV sometime later this year. The picture quality is tops! Bright and crisp. This all being done wirelessly. The only wire coming out of the TV is the power cord. I love wireless technology and this TV has my absolute approval.
