[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We hate the TV. It's hard to find things on it. It's hard to download apps to watch movies. We hate everything about it. We'll never buy another one again. Wish I hadn't bought this one. The remote is just awful horrible to try to function with.

The picture is very clear and bright; the sound is acceptable.  What annoys me is having to set up an account in order to add apps. Also, the remote is awful. The buttons are simply too small and there's no microphone on it. Really? I ordered a new remote and already returned it. Same as the one that came with the TV but it had the microphone icon. Same small buttons and ridiculous way to control the sound. I found the microphone to be pretty useless. It opens a browser on the TV. It doesn't take you to the shows you want to watch like the ROKU stick does. I downloaded the SmartThings app to my Samsung phone so I can use it as the TV remote.However, trying to "share" it to another phone is a nightmare. WHY does Samsung make user interface so difficult? This TV might be the last Samsung product I purchase.

Seems to favor certain sites/channels vs even playing ground. Like the Samsung games and such. As for the TV part of the tv - very nice! Happy with purchase.

In the bedroom, we have to have it all the way up to 70+ to hear it clearly. Thinking about a sound bar but don't know which would work in correcting volume and it must be controlled with DirectTV's controller. Our older Samsung has better sound and volume set at 30-40.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it, color, resolution, stable connection, adaptive contrast I like a lot and not to mention the brightness, it refreshes excellent (never freezes) and the connection with my Samsung devices (now s26 ultra) is super fast and stable. Love all Samsung devices.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tv is brilliant, and loaded with features, so many in fact, as a retired IBM Service Engineer, it got so cumbersome to navigate, I finally had to switch to the relative simplicity of Roku. Now I can get to the apps in a couple of steps and life is good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my patio TV. I am very pleased with the brightness and resolution. My old TV was not bright enough during the afternoon but this one works great. Outdoor TV's are much more expensive so the price for this TV is well worth it. I have been buying Samsung TV's for years and will continue to buy them in the future.
