Do not like the Closed Caption feature,, when i use it the screen is half covered with black out,, why don't you make it like the other CC that just shows the verbiage in the lower half with NO black background very unuser friendly

This is the first TV with 4k capability and I watched some of the World Cup games and it is worth every dollar. Could not be any better. Thanks! Can't wait for the NFL season.

When I bought this TV . I was very happy with the way it operated Picture was clear Sound was great didn't even need a sound bar Easy easy to go from one place to another highly recommend this product

Overall great product for the money. Wish Samsung kept the “one connect” feature. Brightness only good during “soccer” mode but colors are way off and picture looks fake.

TV works great once we figured out the remote. Have all Samsung TVs in both homes. Not happy with only one of the TVs and that being the 50" one. Let's say it's not the best unit.

Absolutely love this TV! I'm not sure I will ever buy anything else! Easy to use, brightness is great! Ability to have different backgrounds is wonderful! Can look like a piece of art!

We love our Samsung smart TV. It was so easy to hook up to our fire stock, Was very surprised that the channels the Samsung TV app has that we almost do not need YouTube TV. Great job. Will buy another for the screened in porch!

Actually the visual is very good. However, the REMOTE is the worst ever!! It is NOT user friendly. Unless you memorize what each button stands for -- it's useless!! What good is a TV if the remote is worthless.

I love the clarity and dimensions of the screen. The remote is overly complicated: to change a channel or figure out how to get access to all the channels and Samsung tv. I love the free extra channels from Samsung TV.

The Samsung Crystal has been wonder so far. Very vibrant clear color and brightness. Have used Samsung products repeatedly for viewing and very satisfied
