As it happens my television stopped working yesterday, I tried to turn it on and screen blinked a few times then went black. I tried a few more times but it would not load.

That TV was a great television too bad when I was carrying it in the house. It slipped out of my hand and the top right corner hit the ground from only a foot off the ground in ruined. The best t v I have ever owned.

Great picture sound is okay, remote is fine but buttons do wear quite a bit over time . Very simple adding apps , easy to connect and get online, voice works good. Great TV, no problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tv is brilliant, and loaded with features, so many in fact, as a retired IBM Service Engineer, it got so cumbersome to navigate, I finally had to switch to the relative simplicity of Roku. Now I can get to the apps in a couple of steps and life is good.

It almost looks like we are actually on set with the actors. The sound is exceptional! I dont have to set the volume over 20 because at its low volume level it is loud enough!

I did research on the Samsung brand and felt comfortable with the purchase. Once purchased, the installation process was efficient and straight forward. The installation process actually leveraged information and settings from another Samsung TV set we had in our home. The picture quality was understanding and the TV size made it easy to view in both near and distant locations. As were learning the different aspects of the TV, we learned how to maximize the sound quality to meet our needs. One of the most interesting aspects (besides different ways to interact with the TV) was the new Samsung Remote. Most old remotes used number buttons, but the remote that came with our TV utilized intuitive controls that worked on many levels, while remaining responsive. Overall, the Samsung TV has meet or exceeded my expectations and heartly recommend it to others.
