This is my first Samsung. Had it since Nov 25. Upgraded from Vizio 48” to the 4K Ultra HD 55”. I have been very pleased with the features, operating system and quality of picture. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this tv for 6 months and the screen already blow and has no picture. We will not be buy Samsung moving forward. No more Samsung tvs or appliances.

The television was very difficult to set up and program. We now have to use two remotes, one to turn it on and tge other for volume. The color is awful; much too bright. The images are muted. Our old set was a much better product!

The TV is poor quality, I cannot think of one redeeming quality. Sorry I bought it the brightness is poor, contract is poor, just not worth saying more.
