[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit has the best features and for the first time ever I haven't had to rerun my loads to get them dry and have actually had to wait on wash loads to finish after the dryer loads were done. This unit has made me so happy. If there were one thing I could change it would be to set the unit up to be operated remotely permanently and not each time it turns on. I would like to be able to set it up the night before then start it from work remotely. Otherwise this is an amazing unit and my clothes have been perfectly clean every time - even our camping gear came out cleaner. I'm so very impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago and love it. I am still learning to use some of the features I didn't know I needed but am anxious to use. The clothes come out clean, it's quiet, and the cycles are not too long on both the washer and dryer. I use the extra rinse cycle which cuts down on drying time. It looks great in my laundry room and free up space for a freezer.

It's also very irritating that it will not allow changes to cycles. For example, you can't select "very dry" on the delicate dry cycle. Not recommended if you don't have a smart phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washtower 2 weeks ago, and so far no complaints. The remote start on the app thus far hasn't been that helpful, but the the dryer is awesome at communicating with the washer about the previous load and adjusting its settings. The capacity is full size, and is smaller than my previous stacked washer/dryer. The company that LG worked with to deliver the washtower was also quick to install it, without any issues. I'm very satisfied with this product so far. I will say that I completed this review for a chance to win a promotional product, but these are my true thoughts on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought the WashTower to replace a very old apartment style all in one unit. I was shocked that I could get a washer and dryer with the large capacities this unit has because I was very limited as to space in the laundry closet in my condo kitchen. So far the unit works great. I've even drained and cleaned the pump filter once and it doesn't take all that much effort. I'm glad this unit was available!

Had the wash tower installed several weeks ago, so far love this unit. Great space saving being a stacked unit, both washer and dryer are very quiet and function as expected with all of the various cycles needed for household laundry needs, design is great and looks very high end after the installation. Overall very pleased…

I would recommend however a different way to remove excess water from bottom valve. It is difficult for me to get down on my hands and knees to remove water from valve. I am also unsure of how often I have to remove the water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because I needed more space in my laundry room without compromising quality and load size. I love how the washer and dryer are full size and compact at the same time. I found that pods do not work well in this machine so I switched back to powder detergent. I use a lot less detergent than I did in my previous washer and my clothes come out cleaner than before.

After searching for the "perfect W/D" my wife was more then happy when we (actually she did, her mind was already made up, lol.) decided to go with this LG W/D. It took a bit of reading the manual, until we learned all of the settings. Quiet, efficient, thorough, built like a tank. This little machine, has it all. An excellent choice, indeed!
