I have tried to resolve the wifi issue with this product with support and a service man with no luck. I have a strong wifi signal and other wifi products work well that are in the same area.

We now use the extra space for storage that we sorely needed as our house is only 1301 sq ft. It is also super quiet and does not lack in features. Thanks LG for thinking of us!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our laundry room is small and we were looking at stackable Washer/Dryer combos but the controls were to high on the upper unit. When we saw the wash tower it looked like the center controls would make it usable. After using it for about 2 months we love it. the unit works better than some separate units we have owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have spent a month with our LG washtower and we absolutely love it. It is so easy to use and really energy efficient. In fact, we sometimes fight over who will get the laundry done first. As for folding that's another story.

In spring 2022, I bought a Frigidaire single unit washer/dryer because the house I purchased in 2012 came with an earlier model. I was happy with that one so when it was time to replace it, I chose the latest Frigidaire unit, I was unhappy from day one. In fact the first one delivered was defective and replaced. I finally concluded that the engineering on that unit was done by people who don’t do laundry. A local appliance store recommended the LG. I really wanted to buy American but based on the store’s recommendation, I got the LG, partly because the controls were sensibly positioned for a short person. I thought I preferred the Frigidaire top loader because it gave me a place to fold clothes but I’ve adapted to the front loader and prefer it now, especially the more measured use of water. And I like the fabric softener dispense which the other didn’t have. My only criticism is that I don’t think I’m able to select the water temperature for the rinse cycle. It appears to use the same temp as the wash cycle. This LG unit is far superior to the former unit that it is hard to find words to compare. I’m so glad I switched to LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cannot believe I am writing a review about a washer/dryer…but this thing is killer. We had our old stuff for the last 10 years and it was great. So we thought until we bought this LG unit! I haven’t done a scientific experiment to deduce this claim but here goes…Our laundry is cleaner, smells, better, less wrinkles, and more sanitary! I agree, it makes no sense why this is but it is! We use the same water, the same detergent and softener everything is the same except for the machine! It has to be that our old machine was just tired and I guess, smelly! Kind of like us when we age? Haha! So, do yourself and your laundry a favor and get this machine…it is wonderful!

Very functional unit that leaves our clothes clean and dry with the push a few buttons. Added bonus is how quiet both the washer and dryer are! Definitely happy we upgraded!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love the controls, being in the center, easy to load, easy to use, for someone a little older the settings are confusing, not sure how to use all the settings,even after watching several tutorials. very sleek looking. fits in small space for easy use. biggest complaint is the washer noise. it sounds like a plane taking off! can be very loud???

I just got this new wash tower and I couldn’t be happier. I love the new features especially the turbo wash! It is so much faster and still does a fantastic job with my laundry. I highly recommend it and feel secure that you won’t be disappointed if you decide to buy an LG front load washer and dryer.
