washer is decent but the dryer is horrible because there is a flaw in the lint removal system. the rubber gasket on the door needs to be cleaned every load because it attracts lint/hair/sand. after dryer is done and you open the door..all lint falls 6o ground from the gasket....the worst

I absolutely love everything this LG washer and dryer offer...except for one thing -- we have a SMART house, we have ordered most of the electronics to be linked with our Google Assistant, however, this equipment is not compatible with 5G wifi. It took us some time to figure it out--we called for support, we asked online, etc and it took us some time to DIG and find out that this was the case. The washer and dryer are great, but I cannot download a special setting or do the neat mobile things I would love to do -- which was the idea of why we purchased this unit

I’ve owned this stacker for 2 years now. Clothes wash great but typically come out of the dryer damp. I have never been able to connect the stacker to the app so I am limited to the cycles pre-programmed on the stacker. My washer WiFi touch button does not work and the volume function on the washer no longer works, not sure but I believe half the touch panel no longer works. I can pick my pre-programmed cycle and that’s it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the WashTower for just a month now, so far it's been great. Large capacity which is great for our family of 5. It's a replacement for a LG Washer and LG Dryer with pedestals, they were 10 years old, still working great, but my laundry room is small, the old washer was actually blocking a door. And now with the dryer on top of the washer I was able to get some countertop space, loving my new laundry room, such a small change made a huge impact. I must say having washer and dryer side by side on pedestals were great, I do find myself having to bend down a lot more. To access different cycles you need an app on the phone, which I've actually been liking it, at first I said I didn't need an app for a washing machine.

I own 3 LG All in one washer dryers. and just bought the Tower 1 month ago. It has all the features of my beloved W/D all in one's. Although it is even quieter and cleans clothes fast with the addition of the steam technology during drying. This has made washing and drying easy and enjoyable, without all the wrinkles.

Long time LG owner my last washer and dryer broke I was so worried nothing could compare to it, I was wrong, the washtower is so advanced and more powerful, literally smarter. The WiFi feature is outstanding and the thing is a workhorse it can handle large loads and it makes it look easy. In 5 years they’ve gotten even better! And as someone who’s 5’7 it’s much more pragmatic to deal with everything from the center then having to reach up. It’s gorgeous and absolutely flawless. Thank you LG!

The controls in the middle keep you from having to reach or use a stool to get to them. The settings are perfect and intuitive with what you are washing or drying. My husband has even started helping with the wash which he has never done in the 13 years we have been married! Our clothes have never been cleaner thanks to the steam option. I am hoping for many years of use and enjoyment from this unit. I would recommend it to anyone.

Easy to use app. Really like the quality of washing. I would like to see a feature added to the app for a scheduled end-time for washing, rather than a scheduled start-time.
