I still cannot get over just how whisper quiet it is at just 38 decibels. The new AI wash feature automatically adjusts cycles based on how dirty your dishes are, and when combined with Samsung's incredible StormWash+ system, everything comes out sparkling clean without you ever having to think twice about which setting to use. After washing, the Smart Heat Dry feature takes over, absorbing moisture and circulating high temperature air at an impressive 212 degrees fahrenheit. The door will then automatically open to let the steam escape, leaving your dishes nice and dry. All of these features have been working perfectly for me and I can't imagine going back to any other dishwasher without them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had an opportunity to use our dishwasher 4 times during the week that we’ve had it. These are my personal experiences over that timeframe. The dishwasher was a pleasant visual addition to our clean-looking kitchen. It matches very well with our other Stainless-Steel appliances. The one we picked is fingerprint resistant which is a great feature being that we have a toddler who loves to put his grimy hands on just about any surface. As much as we love those little hands, it’s best those reminders aren’t on everything. If there is a smudge, it’s easily wiped off. I was blown away by its capacity and ability to hold a very large load of dishes. It has three racks; the bottom rack is relatively standard but does have some adjustable features to allow bulky items to be fit in. The second (middle) rack is fully adjustable height wise. There are three levels it can be on. And the bonus third rack is a real winner; it has a nifty utensil rack and spot for glasses. The glasses have a dedicated washer that gets the items squeaky clean. After a new load has been put in, I typically select the “normal” setting and let it do it’s thing. There are more settings but that’s my go to. When it’s on, it is so darn quiet. I even had to get real close to the unit to ensure that it was on and working the first time I started it. This is great because my husband and I love watching TV but we can’t have it too load to not wake our children. We always had to find “the sweet spot” for volume with our other unit, but not this one. All and all, this is a real winner and a great new addition to our home.

It works very well and is easy to use. We did a test on it and put in an unrinsed cereal bowl that my son had left in his room for over a day and it cleaned it perfectly! I love that the top rack has space for glasses and it sprays directly into each glass. The dryer is great as well and does not leave any water spots. The design had a lot of thought put into it to truly maximize the space and amount that it could hold. I never imagined a dishwasher could be so different, but this one truly changes the dish washing experience. It also syncs up with our Samsung refrigerator and smart things app. I highly recommend this dishwasher!!!

The sleek design, moveable racks, SmartDry and Smart Control are just a few of my favorite features. It's a wonderful addition to my kitchen and I can't wait to show it off at my next dinner party. We do a lot of entertaining so the fact that I can adjust cycles from my smartphone and be be notified when my washing is complete is a convenient feature. With my old dishwasher I would manually have to open the door after the drying was complete to allow the steam to escape, with this dishwasher the door automatically opens to ensure your dishes are dry. My dishes have never been cleaner especially with the sanitize option. Another great feature is there is no need to rinse off dishes before loading them into the dishwasher. Some of the other great features that I really like is how quiet this dishwasher is, I don't even know it's running. The Storm Wash feature is great, especially to clean those hard to clean dishes, and the one hour wash feature is a time saver when I don't have a full load of dishes to wash. I highly recommend this dishwasher as its the best dishwasher I have every owned and looks great in my kitchen.

I’ve been fine just to soak and wash my dishes on my own. In just a week this dishwasher has changed my opinion and freed up some of my time. This is the quietest dishwasher I’ve ever heard in my life, I had to keep double checking to make sure that it was working and running. The inside options are amazing and it has a third rack. There is loads of space, so bulky items are more than welcome to fit! The dishes are extremely clean and the shine is amazing after only one complete cycle! The dishes are also dried perfectly and no water spots!! I’ve actually never experienced a dishwasher clean so efficiently and that’s what I’ve always been afraid of. I am so super impressed with this dishwasher. I am singing its praises.. If you are in the market for a dishwasher, this is the perfect one from how pretty it is to how quiet it is to how effectively it cleans dishes! This is the perfect dish dishwashing machine.

I love that there are interior lights that help you see when loading and unloading. The app intergeneration is phenomenal, I tend to forget about my dishwasher after loading it, but now, with the app I always know when my dishes are completed with a notification! I really like the AI wash feature as it helps ensure my dishes get the proper clean they need with out guessing.

It had basically no options and the cleaning power was pretty bad, we mostly handwashed dishes. I heard nothing but good things about Samsung dishwashers so I was excited to give this one a shot. After the delivery guys installed it, we powered it on and it instantly wanted to connect through the Smart Things app! Once I allowed it, I literally didn't have to do anything else, Smart Things had connected it to the Wi-Fi and started an update. This is truly one of the best parts of having the Smart Things app. Once it was time to start a wash cycle, I was met with a plethora of options for cycle types. I went with the AI Wash cycle and let it go. This thing is so quiet I didn't realize it was running, I actually panicked a little at first. When the cycle was done, I was met with DRY and sparkling clean dishes. I used a basic detergent as i don't use the pods and was still met with amazing results. After using the dishwasher many times by this point, the only problem I have had so far is that when I opened the dishwasher mid-cycle, it would not restart and I basically just had to turn it off and then on again. This hasn't happened since. There was a software update since then, so I'm not sure if the problem was addressed or if it was just a one time fluke. Also, when we got the dishwasher delivered, it was a little banged up at the bottom. Not a big deal as it is purely aesthetic, but worth mentioning. Overall, I am completely blown away by this dishwasher. It's impressive how clean my dishes can get, with little to no pre-washing, from a machine that is so quiet you can barely tell it's running! I am beyond amazed and completely happy with this dishwasher!

From the deep slare black color, to the lighted interior, Samsung has done it again. The recessed handle is very comfortable, and the control panel is smooth and placed in such a way that there are no accidental touches. The third rack is something that just works! My long handled utensils fit perfectly on the top rack, and we're cleaned easily, without being close to the water jets. It's the first time ever that I didn't have to rinse or re-wash them. The cleaning power is unmatched. And with this dishwasher, silence is golden. Yes-the dishwasher is so quiet, that I can't tell it's even running! I had to bend down and put my ear near it to confirm it was running. This is such a beautiful and efficient addition to my kitchen. It fit easily in the designated space and learning the controls was very easy.

After 10 days of daily use, here are the pros and cons: Pros: Ultra-quiet operation Door opens automatically after the cycle is completed, which helps dry the dishes Cons: Steep learning curve for arranging dishes; I am still struggling with this In almost every load, one or two bowls or cups have residue left. This is surprising, as my old dishwasher performed better in this regard.
