In terms of performance, it’s incredibly quiet, you barely know it’s running. Perfect for open floor plans like my kitchen or running late at night. It has a lot of wash cycle, and the dishes come out super clean and dry. All dishwashers size looks the same from the outside, but the interior capacity is deserving, really surprised by the number of dishes that fits inside this dishwasher. There is excellent tray flexibility and customization, and the third rack for utensils/spoons is a real space-saver. It helps keep things organized and frees up room on the lower racks. One of main feature that sets this model apart is the SmartThings app integration. I can monitor and customize wash cycles straight from my phone, which is both convenient and surprisingly useful. The AutoRelease Door is another thoughtful touch, once the cycle is done, the door pops open slightly to let moisture escape and improve drying results. No more damp dishes! I love the large storage ability and the fact that you can raise/lower the shelves. Sometimes you don't realize it's on, and can't see the buttons/lights on the control panel because they're hidden under the countertop, accidentally interrupting it mid cycle. I also kinda miss having a bar/handle to hang an extra hand towel on. It is very sleek looking and overall would recommend it to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this dishwasher for about a week now and I’m genuinely impressed. This item was a huge upgrade from our previous unit. While at first, I was skeptical of the advertised 3rd rack, it has quickly become my favorite feature. I’m a tall guy so bending or squatting down to put silverware into the holder has always been tedious. Typically, I’d haphazardly throw them in and cross my fingers our utensils end up getting cleaned. Not anymore, the 3rd rack has a luxurious tray to place in each item, so they’re perfectly spaced out. To make it even better, they have dedicated washers for small cups and pint size cups. The washer provides you with a variety of different washes. We typically use the “Normal” option and it’s done its job. While it’s running, we can barely hear it. This is great because after a long day, the last thing I want to do is listen to loud sloshing sounds from the other room when I’m trying to relax with my wife watching TV or a movie. There is one feature I’m not too thrilled about and need more time to determine if I like it. That feature is the auto release door. I’m all for efficiency and reduced energy consumption, but I have quite got used to waking up to the door ajar. None the less, I’m overall satisfied with its drying capabilities. The setting is easily disabled, I just haven’t made a formal decision to take that action Overall, it’s a winner. It has everything I need and more. To make it better, it adds a nice sleek touch and compliments our other Stainless Steel Samsung appliances. It’s even very easy to connect to the Smartthings app.

That said, the internal rack design could use improvement. Larger items like 1-liter water bottles or taller cookware don’t fit easily, which can be frustrating when trying to wash a variety of dish sizes. Some key features that make this dishwasher stand out is there are three rows to load dishes, the dishwasher has a light inside to easily see dishes, it’s ultra quiet, and it cleans and dries dishes quickly and efficiently. I love how sleek and simple the dishwasher looks and that it’s finger print resistant. Additionally the dishwasher has an AI function that learns how to wash and rinse based on the dishes in each load. My overall favorite feature of this dishwasher is how quiet it is, you literally can’t hear it running. It’s the dishwasher of the future that I’m going to be recommending to all my friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, who knew a dishwasher could be so amazingly quiet? With noise levels as low as 38 dBA, this dishwasher runs almost silently. My old dishwasher was from 2014 so it was time for an upgrade. I am so happy that I did the upgrade because WOW it was needed, especially for this model. It's StormWash technology cleans so well that you do not need to prewash. The 3rd rack washing system was a nice touch for cleaning cooking utensils. I love that it has Wi-Fi connectivity and syncs up to my SmartThings app along with my other Samsung appliances, as well as Alexa. Never had an interior and exterior light on a dishwasher before. The light on the outside lets me know that it is currently in use (since I cannot hear it when it is running). The interior light is well needed especially when I don't want to turn on the kitchen light to see to put dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The utensil basket has so much room I can't believe how much I can fit in it. My favorite of all has to be the Smart Dry with Auto Release Door. It automatically opens the door at the end of the cycle - improving drying performance and preventing moisture build up. Plus it talks at the beginning and plays music at the end of the cycles.
