I always buy Sam’s Club brand products and the laundry detergent is a must buy, if you’re looking to save money but get a good quality detergent this would be for you, I’ve used this brand for a few years and I would highly recommend buying it and give it a try!!! And I forgot to mention the fragrance of it is AWESOME as well, not too strong of a smell and it leaves your laundry smelling nice and fresh!!

I have bought the Eos brand laundry soap since Sam's started carrying it. Last trip to Sam's I noticed Eos is no longer available and the replacement seems to be this Member's Mark version. I decided to try it even though I noticed it did A LOT LESS loads than Eos. The scent is different but nice. Seems to clean well BUT I DO NOT LIKE the container. I DO NOT want to have to rinse out the measuring cap to put it back on the bottle. I DO NOT want to put the measuring cap in with my laundry to rinse it out. I DO NOT want to have to unscrew the cap a quarter turn so it can draw a little air to dispense smoothly. I want a measuring cap that empties back into the bottle. But what I really want is Eos, less scent, more loads per bottle and a lid that empties back into the jug. Eos please !!!

The smell after the clothes are washed, is horrible, to me at least! Some things I can just keep using and live with whatever is wrong until I run out, but not this. I'm headed back to Sam's to return it tonight to get something else so I can rewash everything I washed. The detergent smells fine when I open the container and take a sniff, but after the clothes are washed it's so bad. They smell whether they were hung dry or dried in the dryer. To me, it smells like wet dirt or moss, or something just not quite right and definitely not a smell I want to smell on myself all day in my clothes. I know not everyone has the same sense of smell and can smell the same thing in different ways, but I can't believe no one in product testing of this didn't notice this after scent.

Horribly awkward bottle. Pouring requires three hands and a level of juggling that I have not mastered. We loved Ecos. This store brand has something in it that I am allergic to. Looking to purchase Ecos at another store. Very disappointed that it's no longer at Sam's.

I bought this because Sam's Club was out of the ECOS laundry detergent I usually use. It irritates my family's sensitive skin. It is also more expensive, does not clean nearly as well nor does it smell good. I cannot recommend it to others. I also will not purchase it again.

Although I like most everything about this natural detergent, I've discovered that it's what caused a moldy smell coming from my empty washer... The enzymes may cause the growth of bacteria despite my double rinsing. It got really stinky despite my using affresh to clean it monthly! I finally switched to another non enzymatic detergent and the smell is gone... Too bad I can't recommend this natural cleaner...

I just can't get past the smell. It's supposed to be lavender, but it's a strong, musky scent that hits the back of the brain and gives me a headache. My husband can't stand it either. There's nothing flowery or fresh about it and it doesn't smell clean. I'm giving it away. Yuck!

Members Mark is not ECOS! It is an imposter. Sam's makes it hard to read the ingredients on the app. Front of detergent states plant based. I have researched each ingredient and am shocked at all the skin allergens, eye and skin irritants, and aquatic concerns. Then what I call a disclaimer that it is plant and conventional! BUYER BEWARE!! Check it out yourself. So disappointed I feel I can't trust anything.

Appears to clean clothes and smells ok, however, this is not anything like ECOS! I had an allergic reaction to the detergent, broke out in a rash. Consequently, I had to be seen by my doctor and placed on steroids. If that wasn’t bad enough had to rewash all laundry. Unfortunately, it appears they will not be carrying ECOS laundry detergent any longer, which is very disappointing.

I buy this because it works good
